Todo excelente, la chica de recepción súper amable, todo bonito , súper céntrico . Lo único que no nos gustó es que fuimos al restaurante a pedir un par de vasos que necesitaba para mis hijas pequeñas y nos dijo una señorita que no nos los podía prestar y le pedimos de favor vasos desechables y dijo que no tenía, y le dijimos es que necesitamos solo dos vasos y nos dijo, pero me los traen en un ratito ( eran las 10 de la noche ) entonces le dijimos que ok , que regresábamos en un rato. No nos gustó que nos decía que no a todo lo que le preguntábamos y su actitud tampoco era buena. Todo excelente excepto por esa persona del restaurante :)

In the Middle of the City Center
The hotel is placed in the City Center and you can move around easily, but the area is pretty noisy. The hotel could be in better shape, for example, better lighting in the restroom, a coffee maker, an iron, etc. The hotel staff was kind and proactive. However, it was hard to figure out how to get a receipt when doing the check out.

I've stayed here before and having family in SLP I am familiar with the area. Only thing I didn't like was the woman in the room next to me waking me up at 2/3:AM doing who knows what. I like that the hotel has food & you can pick up a coffee late but there's so many places around the area for food as well. Staff was great! Friendly. Maybe next time Ill get a better room or no one next to me..:)
