The floor of the rooms was very wet, I found 2 small cockroaches in the bed, and the water in the pool was very very hot.

We couldn't make it the first night because of a cancelled flight and they refused to offer any type of refund. Beautiful views,nice pool,beach access and friendly,helpful staff. Unfortunately the food was so bad we had to drive into town for the rest of our meals.

Amazing, beautiful desolate beaches, the hotel and room are very nice! The staff is super friendly! Food is just ok... They need beach/pool towels and refrigerators in the room, which they do not have... bring your own beach beach/pool towel...

The property is beautiful, spacious rooms great ocean views, foods was delicious. The only bad thing was the staff not very friendly. I will visit again hopefully next time they have better guests service. They stop servings food and beverages on Saturday at 7pm which is odd n a weekend.

They do not provide towels, when I booked this hotel it stated that breakfast was included; however, it was only for one person per room which was not advertised this way as I booked for 5 people. The other thing I was advertised was that there were washing machines on the property and that was not the case. What they charge for the room its not worth it.

We really enjoyed our stay for the most part. Pros - - infinity pool - massage experience - food was good for the most part - drinks ON POINT Cons- - rooms were not super clean- floors were dirty - no large mirrors in room - small one in bathroom - out of a lot of food items - needed Google translate to communicate - bugs should of been cleaned out of pool daily There was no English, or Dutch language speakers (minus 1, but he didn’t work often) so we needed Google translate to communicate a lot. For the food, a lot of items we ordered they didn’t have, but my friends ordered them they just didn’t have it when I ordered it.. which was weird. Over all it was a great experience- we had 3 nights & 4 days
