Fantastic location, friendly and helpful staff. Lovely food, very child friendly and breathtaking views of the Amalfi Coast. I can’t fault the hotel. The beds are extremely comfortable and the kids loved the pool. We enjoyed 9 nights in a family suite.

The hotel is listed as a four star hotel but in terms of quality and amenities the hotel is anything but. Not to mention that located in ravello the weather gets very hot and the air conditions in the room are not adequate and for most of my stay I was uncomfortable with the heat in my room. Even though there is a thermostat in the room, it does absolutely nothing and the front desk actually controls the temperature of the room and didn’t turn on my unit until the next day I was there when I complained that I cannot stay in my room any longer.

Peace and tranquility on the Amalfi coast
We enjoyed our stay immensely!! Every thing about the hotel and staff was excellent. The staff were more than helpful providing tips of what to do and see. We used the main Piazza car park nearby initially so the manager himself went with my husband to move it and parked it at the hotel for us. Our suite was very big, well appointed, had everything you'd need and the view from the large terrace was brilliant!! We ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel and both were excellent in quality and taste. All the staff were lovely but a special mention should be made for the young Ukrainian waiter at dinner - he was very patient and knowledgeable and described each dish in detail to help us make up our minds. On his recommendation we chose a bottle of local red wine which was delicious. Sadly we only stayed one night but would have loved to stay longer. Thank you for providing a little haven of peace and tranquility within the stress of driving the Amalfi coast road!!

The most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed at. Everything about it was just perfection. Everyone who worked there was extremely warm and welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel if you are going to Amalfi!

Awful. Tired property. Room looked like a 1950’s retirement home, smelly, air conditioning didnt work, big road noise. Hotel tried to charge me twice for same room but I spotted due to bank notifications and was refunded. Ended up disliking it so much we changed to another hotel which was awesome

This stay was the HIGHLIGHT of our trip. My husband and I went to Italy for 2 and a half week for our honeymoon and we stayed here for 5 of those nights. We wish we stayed here for longer. It was literally perfect. The one drawback I had was the pool was always freezing so no one was really in it ever. Other than that, the views are stunning, it is super close to the bus stop, super close from the main square, close to amazing dinner options and the friendliest staff we had all trip. We will definitely be returning here in the future!

we had suite 201 and it was loud from the street noise and bathroom had small amount of mold on the walls and Silicone in the shower had mold as well, water from shower ran across bathroom floor, had to clean it up. for 1 night stay price was good and comfortable, would have complained if longer.
