Excellent for a short weekend getaway. Food was excellent although for the dining options you can only book one of the restaurants as availability goes per day. Staff was excellent, rooms were clean and look as advertised. Pool and beach area clean and beautiful. Would stay again.

Celebrating a birthday & an anniversary, our family of 27 chose CCC after seeing the website & 4 reviews...sadly we did not have the experience we anticipated. Over the 5 days, we had a myriad of issues that, when brought to supervisors & the elusive manager, were met with pushback. I had to beg just to get a seating [together] for 1 dinner our last night. I was told that they "aren't build to accommodate groups". The revenue of 27 1 VIP upgrade, I felt we weren't asking much wanting to dine together. We weren't allowed to speak to the manager to bring these concerns to and resolve. So here are a list of opportunities to work on grouped by area. BUFFET - questionable sanitation. - cold food not kept cold on the buffet. - flies on buffet food. - things that are supposed to be crispy, were rubbery. - bread was hard, possibly stale, a youngster found a bun with green spots. ROOM - ants in room. - sewer smell in room. - water intrusion in room from above. - Towels felt dried and not washed. - shower not pitched so water ran into room. RESORT - Website misrepresented actual experience. - no group accommodations for a la carte dinner, - poor service, a guy argued with me over joining tables. - We are generous people but got a pan handling vibe from many staff, especially the gift shop, - $300USD VIP upgrade didn't serve us, - Un recognized bottom shelf liquor only included, - VIP top shelf only in 1 place of the resort,

I had a really wonderful time at this resort and would definitely stay here again! Everything was excellent. I have a few recommendations that would make this experience even better, but this in no way changes my 10/10 review for this resort. It would be great if you offered cocktails like pina coladas and margaritas that were not made from the pre made mixers but from scratch; also having things like rolled oats and dried fruits and nuts and unsweetened yogurts for breakfast would be really nice; I also often noticed that the bathroom towels were quite well worn and could do with replacement, as these do not match the standard of the hotel. Overall, I want to say thank you for my wonderful experience staying at this hotel. I am looking forward to returning in the future.

I just left after staying a week at the resort and I would not return. The outside area was pretty and the pool was very nice but me and my friend who were there got hit on by so many old and young staff members, keep in mind we are teenagers. The room was the real problem, when.we got there the room was so beyond dirty that we ended up cleaning it ourselves with rubbing alcohol and clorox wipes. There were layers of dirt coming up off the floor, but that wasn’t even the grossest part. Our room was infested with ants, even after they sprayed the room down the ants came back, we were very careful to not leave any gross stuff in our room to attract them but they kept coming back. They were in our beds and both of us are covered in ant bites from sleeping in our beds. There were only around 4-5 people who worked there that could speak english so if you don’t understand spanish, this is probably not the resort for you.

I liked the beach and the pool. Even though the food was terrible at least there was always something to eat. I didn’t like the staff service. Some were helpful but most of them were unhelpful and rude. I also didn’t like the moldy smell in the rooms and how unclean it was. On the last night I saw a mice by my room. Overall it was a terrible experience and the only enjoyable part was the beach.
