I was supposed to get a double bedroom and they gave me one bed. The lady took like 45 minutes to check me in and didn’t give me a reason why she was taking so long. Kept asking the person next to her questions, but didn’t say anything was wrong. I didn’t understand what the delay was. Told me that I was getting two queen beds to get to the room and then find one king bed. I went back to get a corrected and it took so long that I gave up and kept the king.

This hotel is on a beautiful clean beach. If you want fancy go elsewhere. We had the nicest view rooms. They came with a large room between the bedrooms with ikea sofa bed and chair. There’s no decorative touches. No pictures, no comfortable chair. Plastic chairs and tables on the balconies. Nightly shows ok but not great. Food good. Especially seafood. Great place for kids! Kids club great and they participated in the shows. Watch out for insane cold air conditioning upon arrival in room. Ask for help adjusting it or you’ll freeze

First room we had on arrival was infested with mosquito and a leaking toilet. Got another room quickly which was great. The dining is very limited andserved the same ebery day. The fruit was so delicious and eye appealing. Staff was friendly for most part, the man running the gift shop is so rude and creepy- stay out of there. The cafe next door should be avoided also as the woman running it is beyond rude and its awkward when a waitress makes it known you are interrupting her to order a coffee. The beach and pool are beautiful, have to really hide from vendors and they continually ask you for a massage, hair braids, fruit and you already said no 15 times. Upon leaving, i arranged a taxi with the desk to the airport. Taxi driver took us to wrong airport, had to fly to new york and rent a car to drive to home in boston for work the next day. That was terrible and all the hotels fault and i ended up payi g for 2 cabs, a car rental and 5 hours of driving because of their mistake. Also, definitely learn some Español before your arrival, a little goes a long way

We loved the pool with ocean view. Didn't like reservation for restaurants so early in morning not right when on vacation. Hallways not clean, but rooms were. Sometimes the service and attitudes were terrible but mostly the service was excellent.

The service and room was good. Safe and very friendly. The food was not that good, but they did have a variety and other options like the restaurant. You have to do reservation for the restaurant. It’s definitely beach front and I recommend the ocean front balcony deluxe rooms. They had a coffee shop and gift shops. Drinks available and snack thru out the day.
