I was unsure about reserving here as the price was much lower than other resorts which made me skeptical. I was very impressed with this resort. Its a bit older, but very clean. The room was very stuffy at first, but it eventually got to a good temperature later in the night. All staff were amazing! Our meals in the restaurants and buffets were delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff is very attentive and welcoming. Hubby and I have zero complaints. We are definitely going back again and again. Nightly entertainment is entertaining and fun!! Thank you to Patricia, cappuccino, papi juan, molasses, chanel, Raquel y el DJ que habla con sus manos. We enjoyed your activities!! Food and beverage team-tappia, Viviana, Biosca and the entire rest of the team for making every meal/ drink top notch!

I like the place its so paradise. And the staffs are amazing. What I did not like is the pool close so early. We wanted to stay until 9pm atleast but its close sometimes at 630pm. Also the washroom needs some changes especially the shower room. There should be some blocking to stop the water that create flood. Last time we got flood after I took a shower. The water was all the way to the bedroom. Also the food. Its almost the same everyday. But taste good.

Overall good ! The staff is great! Food is okay. The rooms however were not very clean , we had to change rooms because the first one smelled strongly like cigar, and they gave us another room which was a downgrade, the room smell like humidity and in the new room there was a cockroach.

For an adults only resorts property is too quiet it’s more like a retire/retreat resort barely outdoor entertainment nor nightclub only thing I liked was the pool area
