This was our second time visiting Costa Rica and our second stay at the hotel. The staff were so friendly, professional and extremely helpful. The wait staff were amazing and friendly, we had a late night dinner and drinks after a long travel day and all was delicious and promptly served. The lobby and bathrooms were so clean and organized. Any encounter with staff whether it be at the front desk or cleaning staff were so friendly and welcoming. Thank you and we will be back next year! Pura Vida!

We have stayed multiple times at this hotel and each time it has been very good. The free breakfast is really good and offers something for everyone. The room was clean and the AC was great. Tucked away slightly so regular traffic is not heard but being at the airport you do get some jet noise but location is great.

The room was clean and the staff was very personable and accommodating. It is definitely showing it's age but this hotel is so convenient and so close to the airport with good shuttle services.

It was extremely busy when I checked in, but the front desk staff was on top of their game and handled everyone quickly, efficiently and kindly. The ladies at the bar/restaurant were hustling and the food from the kitchen was great after a long day travel. Room was very clean and quiet, and the location and shuttle (including the super kind driver, Eduardo) were all great!
