THE PROPERTY LOOKS NOTHING LIKE IT DOES IN THE PICTURES. THE ROOMS ARE SO SMALL AND THEY'RE FULL OF COBWEBS EVERYWHERE. WE WENT TO COMPLAIN TO THE RECEPTION DESK AND THE PERSON IN CHARGE WAS RATHER RUDE. IT WAS SO BAD THAT WE LEFT AFTER ONE NIGHT AND REALLY THE ONLY REASON WE STAYED THAT ONE NIGHT IS BECAUSE WE WERE SO TIRED FROM OUR FLIGHT. I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THEY TOLD ME THEY'RE GOING TO CONTACT THE OWNER AND TO THIS DAY I STILL HAVE HEARD BACK FROM THEM. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I ALREADY REQUESTED EXPEDIA TO TAKE THIS PLACE OF THEIR LISTINGS. YES, IT IS THAT BAD!!!

I didn't realize until I got there that the bathroom was outside of the room. I also didn't realize there was no hot water in the shower. There is no sink at the outside bathroom so there's no way to wash your hands (unless you use the shower) after going to the bathroom. The room was fine with AC. Overall the stay was fine - close to the airport. HOWEVER! I PAID MONEY TO COME THERE AND SLEEP AFTER A VERY LONG DAY OF TRAVEL. AT 6:00 IN THE MORNING THE STAFF WAS SO INCONSIDERATE. THEY WERE CLONKING AROUND, TALKING VERY LOUDLY BACK AND FORTH FOR HOURS WHILE I DESPERATELY WANTED TO SLEEP! IT SOUNDED LIKE THEY KEPT HITTING THE WALL TO THE CABIN, THEY DRUG A GARBAGE CAN AND PATIO FURNITURE AROUND THE CONCRETE DECK BACK AND FORTH RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY CABIN .THEY WERE ALL TALKNG LOUDLY - YELLING ACROSS THE POOL CONTINUOUSLY AND STARTING AT 6 AM. THIS WAS EXTREMELY INCONSIDERATE, UNAWARE, AND WOULD KEEP ME FROM STAYING THERE AGAIN. ALSO THE CURTAINS FOR THE TWO WALLS THAT ARE SLIDING GLASS DOORS ARE NOT LONG ENOUGH SO PEOPLE CAN SEE IN THROUGH THE CORNERS OF THE GLASS DOORS. THE CURTAINS ARE VERY THIN AND SEE THROUGH, SO I COULD SEE MEN AND WOMEN CROSSING RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY BED BASICALLY WHICH IS WEIRD AND AN INVASION OF PRIVACY. WALK AROUND THE POOL AND NOT TWO FEET FROM THE BED. THE MANY LIGHTS OUTSIDE AT NIGHT ARE EXTREMELEY BRIGHT AND THE ROOM NEEDS WIDER BLACK CURTAINS! IT FELT LIKE I WAS ON DISPLAY IN THE BED. THE STAFF TALKING SO MUCH STARTING AT 6 AM WAS THE WORST!

Me gusto la atencion muy amable de todo el personal, desde el motorista que nos llego a traer al aeropuerto, la repcionista con la reservacion, el mesero con el desayuno tipico y todo el resto de personal muy atentos y amigables. Les recomiendo este hotel la Estancua, muy cerca del aeropuerto.
