Outstanding location for visits to the museums and the town! Was disappointed that my wife was bitten over 20 times by some bugs, apparently bed bugs. Very surprised a hotel of this caliber has this problem. She was bitten over two nights so there was no other explanation for the bites other than in the night while sleeping!!

Super nicely located, right in front of Guggenheim, however, the isolation is poor and you hear doors opening and closing during the night, by any other room on your floor. We were disappointed about that.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The concierge helped with restaurant and trip suggestions. The property was clean and in a wonderful location. The roof top lounge is nice with a view of the Guggenheim and the river. The hotel bar is convenient, and the bartenders are knowledgeable and friendly. The gym was useful. Overall, quite a wonderful experience.

Uno de los mejores hoteles en los que me he hospedado. Si vas a Bilbao, tienes que elegirlo. La atención es de primera. Las instalaciones hermosas, limpias, confortables. Mi habitación tenía vista al Guggenheim, el cual está justo a cruzar la calle. A unos minutos a pie del Casco Viejo y de todo lo que necesitas ver. Me encantó el desayuno en su terraza del séptimo piso. Si vienes, no olvides comprar tu desayuno por adelantado, vale muchísimo la pena. Amé estar aquí y sin duda lo volvería a elegir. Es mucha su calidad respecto a su precio.
