the staff was excellent

It was a perfect location! In town and since it was December was quiet, you can walk to anything you need. Coffee shop, thrift/antique shops, smoothie bar, tattoo shop, multiple little restaurants and local shops, a cute little vinyl bar. About 20 minutes from Meredith which is another cute little town. The staff was great! Would definitely recommend!

We checked in and got an upgrade to Church Landing and got a beautiful room with balcony looking out over the lake. The room was twice the size of Mill Falls, much quieter and huge bathrooms. It was wonderful and we were very impressed vs the small and noisy rooms that looked at the parking lot we were expecting.

anytime i am on a work trip I always stay at this hotel. I have never had a bad experience and would recommend to anyone traveling in the area
