Barn Cottage on The Garlic Farm on the Isle of Wight - Sleeps 4

Barn Cottage is located on the Garlic Farm nestled at the foot of Mersley Down in the Arreton Valley, an area of outstanding natural beauty. The property sleeps up to 4 in one double room and one bunk bedded room. There are steps down to the property then it is all on one level with living and ding room and kitchen area leading into the hallway and bedrooms. The is one bathroom with bath and separate shower.

Guests enjoy discounts in our onsite restaurant and farm shop which serves breakfast and lunch every day as well as access to the games room, tennis court, football pitch and open access to all the beautiful surrounding land. Chickens, peacocks and red squirrels roam freely around the farm with highland cattle and horses in the surrounding fields.

The farm is ideally located for exploring the Island, lying at the hub of miles of footpaths and cycle ways for which the Island is famous with beaches no more than 10 minutes away by car.

The cottage is centrally heated and is equipped with TV, DVD player, video player, electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
Make yourself comfortable in this cottage, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and a dishwasher. Conveniences include a washing machine and an iron/ironing board.

Super cottage for a family 2 night break
The cottage was lovely and had everything we needed for a comfortable short stay with our children. I had a welcome text to check everything was ok, so nice to know someone was at the end of the phone should we need. Good base location situated on the grounds of The Garlic Farm and the shop, restaurant, cafe and games room all came in handy. Parking was easy too. Short drive from Ryde ferry port and Sandown beach. We also had a lovely meal at the recommended The Pointer Inn pub down the road. Would stay again!

Christmas Minibreak
Lovely cosy little cottage for a quick Christmas getaway. Smashing meal in the Garlic Farm restaurant across the courtyard. Lots of lovely wildlife to see in the farm too - peacocks, red squirrels and chickens, lambs (in December!) and ponies. Comfortable beds with nice linen. A very welcome welcome pack with tea and coffee making things in the kitchen and milk in the fridge and some festive flowers on the table making the cottage feel very homely.
