Handsomely appointed with a master suite featuring a memory foam mattress, flatscreen cable tv, 650 thread count sheets, his and hers vanity and high-output spa shower head. Guests will enjoy a spacious bathroom, flatscreen cable tv, and queen size beds with 400 thread count sheets in both the guest bedroom and on the sleeper sofa in the great room. Stainless steel appliances, custom ceiling fans and kitchen tile backsplash, hardwood and granite throughout give this space the high-end lakefront loft appeal you love! This unit is fully stocked with kitchen essentials, bath towels, beach towels, barware and more. Access two large grills near the pool to utilize the all-new BBQ equipment provided to you. Relax with full access to the pool and jacuzzi spa or hit your stride at the in-house fitness center. The Chesapeake Lofts is just steps away from downtown Sandusky restaurants, bars, nightlife and more. If you are a roller coaster fan, you are just minutes from Cedar Point's rides and attractions! On a rainy day, enjoy a selection of favorite board games right inside the condo. No pets allowed.

Check out instructions are as follows:

-Condo keys, (2) car passes, and black key fob all can be left inside the condo where they are visible.

-All bedding and sheets can remain on the bed. Used towels can be placed on the bathroom floor.

-Please load and start the dishwasher prior to departure or clean and put away the dishes you used. If the dishwasher pods provided are Finish brand, please do not unwrap them prior to placing them in the dishwasher.

-When you depart the unit, please remove one of the condo keys from the key ring. Leave the rest of the keys and parking passes inside the unit. Use the single key you removed from the ring to lock the door from the hallway, then slide the single key under the locked door.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Such a great spot for a weekend getaway. Communication with the hosts was excellent and the place was super clean. Located right in the heart of downtown with easy access to shops and restaurants. Felt safe and was easy to come and go as needed.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
My husband and I were able to get away for a few days and this was the perfect location! The unit had beautiful views of Lake Erie, the neighborhood was extremely walkable, local restaurants were delicious, and the space was quiet and clean.

Very nice Condo with a nice view of Lake Erie and Cedar Point just a Short, walk to the ferry to take you to Kelly's island.👍 Dunkin' coffee sugar and creamer Salt and pepper and everything else needed in kitchen to make a dinner grilling out by the pool.

Delightful Property on Lake Erie
We loved staying at this condo! Clean, well-appointed and a great location in Sandusky. We’ve stayed at a number of condos in this building, and this is one is one of our favorites. It faces Jackson Pier, so plan to visit during Sandusky’s summer concert series to watch from the balcony. We’ll definitely be back!

Perfect Stay for Family
We have stayed at this property for the past few years and always look forward to returning each year. The condo was clean and spacious with the comforts of home along with great views of Lake Erie. We also enjoyed the use of the pool and gym at the Chesapeake Lofts and took advantage of the proximity to downtown Sandusky. Communication with the owners prior to our arrival and during our stay was great! Highly recommend!

High Quality Condo
We have stayed at a number of different condos at Chesapeake Lofts over the years and I can tell you without hesitation this one is the best. Everything works, unlike some of our past experiences - doors, screens, appliances, accessories. The condo is also tastefully decorated and spotless. David and Christine were great hosts, helpful and responsive. If we could give them more than five stars we would!

Overall the property was amazing. Very spacious for the price and very comfortable beds. The sheets and pillow cases for the pullout bed had a bit of smudged orange stuff on them. Presumably Cheeto dust. Aside from that it was a great stay, thank you guys!

Great place to stay in Sandusky
This condo was in a great downtown location within walking distance to almost everything. Beautiful condo with a beautiful view. Excellent communication from the owners about what to expect & they even gave suggestions for restaurants. The only thing I would suggest is to have more bath linens available. We were two people in a 6 person rental for three nights and we needed all the towels/washcloths. There is an onsite laundry but no one wants to spend valuable vacay time doing laundry. That being said, we have no regrets choosing this place.

Sandusky getaway
I can't say enough good things about this place. The owners communication is amazing. They check in to make sure everything is good during the stay, inform you of the check in and out processes early, and answer any questions promptly. The place is clean and beautiful. Overlooking Lake Erie, the view is perfect. Walking to downtown Sandusky is easy. I will never look for a place to stay other than here. Another perfect experience.

Great property, great view, great location
Property was clean. Lots of little extras like sunscreen and toiletries. Beds were comfortable and clean. Fantastic view of cedar point across the bay, especially at night. Heated pool and hot tub. Easy 10 minute drive to cedar point, but walkable to tons of downtown restaurants and attractions, which for us made it better than staying on cedar point property.

Great Place!

Perfect family place!
This is the 2nd time we stayed in this unit bc it is so nice! The condo is exactly as shown in photos, nicely designed, very clean and comfortable. The owners are very responsive, supply lots of info on the area and make it easy to check in/ out. The location is great w elevator for older family and we enjoyed the view of Jackson Pier. There’s a lot going on to watch, car ferry from Pelee island, movie night, concerts, fun area.

Recent Stay Downtown Sandusky
Overall we loved our stay. We were unsure as we drove through old downtown to get to the lakefront but the condo complex is new and very nice. We were surprised at how many good bars and restaurants were within a short walking distance of the condo. If you are going to Cedar Point the drive is easy and avoids most traffic. The owners are very involved which is nice.
