I saw a mouse running around in the sports bar.Magement charged me for a sea view room and my room only had apartial view.Had photo shoot lady was coming to do make up that morning they wouldnt let her on property with a $150.00 for a day pass.

The facility and amenities were good. The staff were well trained and the food was ok. I believe the hotel could have done better with the variety in its offerings of breakfast. By and large for two mornings there was mostly American breakfast served. I never experienced one serving of ackee and saltfish throughout my stay. While the staff were well trained i found that a few of them were lacking in professionalism. Nevertheless, the grounds were well kept and the property was safe.

Staff was friendly but not enough. Alot of times we were ignored at the buffets and had to go get our own drinks. Our room was in building 26 and it was extremely noisy at night because of the entertainment. The noise level was extremely high until after 1am in the morning. I didn't sleep well all week. They need to cut the noise level off at 11pm.

Wait time is too long for transportation to n from your villa. Some restaurants having you waiting a hour for food. The supervisor at the seafood restaurant was very rude and start arguing with us instead of asking how she could fix the situation having people walking about from the table . Just horrible

We like the attention and services the staff provided us alway making sure we where happy and satisfied with all. However, in the breakfast buffet the dring services was laking. Wait a long period of time sometimes we finish eating and the dring was not In the table. One time we were getting out food and when came back to the table someone else was already seating in our table leaving us standing with our plates in hands. Then one of the waiter apologized and give us another table.

Wonderful customer service staff were friendly and accommodating. Property clean and well kept… Entertainment was off the roof. Entertainment for all age group and to each liking. Disappointed My wife and I arrived after having a delayed flight, to be greeted by no one, no drinks no warm smiles, just to stand in a long line. It felt Short staffed, seemed forever just to check in, just for them to tell us that they don’t have the room that I booked available, without offering no upgrade or compensation & apology. After expressing myself, they only had three rooms to pick from so we picked the best one and made the best of it. Being as though we’re only here for four days. So we thought until we got to the room where we found painted over light switch covers, shower door unhinged the room generally unkept not clean . recess lighting fall from ceiling, pictures removed,telephone not working. TV stand and dresser drawers a jar (See pictures) (Sidenote) the room did have two balconies and a good view of the bay. Room service took forever . if ordering food to your room before 11:00 AM, you have to pay out-of-pocket !. Transportation from golf carts was a joke never showed up. The general morale of all of the staff was subpar , no good mornings when walking around the resort. The only good mornings we received was from staff trying to sell you a spa treatments. The restaurant was OK for what it was. You had to make reservations for more than half the restaurants, which I suggest making before getting there, but also they should be compensating for people who don’t know to do so. Apparently must have certain attire on, which is also not mentioned
