Staff are friendly and cannot do enough for you, the buffet food is nice and it's only 10-20 minutes walk down to the marina where there are lots of bars and restaurants. The pool are is nice and clean, never a problem to find a sunbed and the outside bar service is fast. There's also a private beach at the back of the hotel which is lovely. Only downsides we had was the rooftop bar is a bit pretentious but that's just our opinion, and be aware there is no door separating the bedroom and bathroom area so there is not much privacy. We were on the first floor and the view was just of a massive tree on the balcony which was a shame. Apart from these minor things, it's a lovely hotel with great food and added plus is that the bar staff take your orders around the pool but it can be hard to get their attention so it's quicker to just go the bar yourself. We didn't eat dinner there as it started trousers or formal shorts to be worn and we prefer a more relaxed atmosphere. Overall a nice stay.

Unfortunately this facility is racist. My family and I still stayed here a week and very few staff were pleasant to us. Multiple occasions we were overlooked and others (whites) were tended to before us. We did not feel welcomed at all. In addition, this is a place to relax only! None to little entertainment. No food or snacks after 10pm. Bar is closed at 1am, if you want anything after you have to PAY for room service. Same food that’s included during open hours. You will have to leave the resort for entertainment. Catch a taxi to a local spot 5mins away or go to Old Town which is 30mins away. TRUST me you will want to leave! The food was subpar…I had fish served to me twice that was unprepared and other items were just underwhelming. I would not recommend this resort. STAY IN OLD TOWN

This hotel was nice and clean but honestly not for me, bed was hard. This hotel is very quiet with no amenities for fun. It’s a pure relaxing hotel, not for anyone less than 45yrs, unless you don’t want music or partying. Make sure you know what your all inclusive includes because it is not all inclusive at all. Only 3 restaurants (1 Buffett, a steak house and Italian) both have inclusive menus which are different from the pay items, also of which they don’t tell you. When you look at the app it’s not specific. Only specific drinks are included such as margarita(only classic and frozen), gingerale is not included in all inclusive. You have to pay for all room service. There is no food available all night, not a snack shop or coffee. Restaurants close at 10pm. This hotel is not walking distance to the city/ party life. Most Not all staff are not as pleasant. In my opinion would not return.

We paid extra for a panoramic sea view and our room was right next to a very noisy Taxi rank on the first floor. We reported a cockroach in the corridor near our room. Obviously they did nothing as it ended up in our room. Had to check all luggage before returning home. If you are looking for a quietish hotel then look elsewhere.

We had a fantastic stay. Every single member of staff were so friendly and welcome, nothing was too much trouble. The food was amazing, so much choice and excellent quality. We paid extra for a junior suite with a jacuzzi, it was well worth it, with beautiful views, sun all day and large accommodation. We arrived by taxi which was around half an hour journey. The beach was a short walk down, beds €21. The waiters around the pool are very attentive and always ensured you were looked after, never left wanting a drink. The rooftop bar and pool had stunning views and was a more chilled out space than the main pool which had entertainment daily. This was the perfect place for our honeymoon, we wouldn’t hesitate to return.
