The rooms were nice and cleaned daily. Our family of four found the staff always available and very helpful. The swimming facilities were great, attractive, and well-maintained. We had half board, which was good and offered a diverse selection with a different theme each day. The beach was a pleasant 15-minute walk away, passing by shops along the way. Strolling along the boardwalk in the late afternoon, enjoying the summer breeze and watching the sun set, was a highlight of our stay.

Nettes Personal…jedoch für Kinder nicht wirklich zu empfehlen, keine Animation für Kinder, kein Spielzimmer, keine Aktivitäten und Kinderdisco um 20:30 Uhr, die nicht wirklich gut ist und aus 2 Animateuren besteht, die auf der Bühne etwas vortanzen und die Kinder nachtanken sollen. Auch die restlichen Animationen im Wasser und Abend sind eher nicht zu empfehlen.

Ottima struttura...tra Cala Millor e Sa Coma,quindi richiede un po' di cammino per arrivare al centro delle due zone. Gentilezza e disponibilità di tutti gli addetti all'hotel...Le camere da curare un pochino,zona piscina bella,pulita e mai troppo affollata...Colazione ottima,varia e abbindante...Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo..

Sehr nettes Personal, teilweise modernisiert, die Betten müssten aber dringend ausgetauscht werden. Das ist aber wohl in Planung. Das Essen ist sehr gut, das einzige kleine Manko ist, dass das Restaurant im Keller ist -> keine Terasse. Aber es ist trotzdem in Ordnung. Toller Pool, tolle Animation, nur ist die Musik etwas zu laut eingestellt, tagsüber, wie abends. Der Weg zum Strand ist relativ lang (15 Min zu Fuß), bei der aktuellen Hitze war es tagsüber schon mühsam. Prinzipiell kann man das Hotel aber guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen :-)

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr gut gepflegt. Die Zimmer großzügig, modern, sauber und die Betten sehr bequem! Wir hatten incl. Frühstück gebucht. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr umfangreich und das Personal extrem hinterher, allen Gästen jederzeit das bestmögliche Angebot anzubieten. Das Hotel liegt etwas abgelegen zwischen Cala Millor links und Sa Coma rechts. Beides ist allerdings in ca 10 Fussminuten gut zu erreichen. Wobei uns die Abwechslung in Sa Coma, was schlendern und Gastronomie betrifft besser gefallen hat. Mit unserem Mietwagen haben wir die Insel erkundet und konnten diesen egal zu welcher Zeit bequem vor dem Hotel parken.

El hotel y la habitación estaban muy limpios. La comida muy repetitiva y continuamente faltaban cosas, plantear una noche italiana y que no hayan pizzas es una evidencia !!. La animación nefasta, por llamarle de alguna manera. No tengo queja alguna del personal, se esforzaban en todo lo que podían. Comedor situado en la planta subterráneo sin aire acondicionado. En definitiva, un hotel que si viajas con menores no hay diversión alguna, comida mediocre, horario de comidas acomodada a los extranjeros. En ningún caso es un hotel de 4 estrellas como anuncian. El personal de servicio excelente.

Ich war etwas skeptisch nach dem ich einige Bewertungen im Netz gelesen habe, aaaber wir waren rundum begeistert von dem Hotel, Service, Sauberkeit, Essen, Animationen. Meine Jungs waren total glücklich und wollten kaum noch zum Strand weil es am Pool so toll war. Wir sind eigentlich sehr verwöhnt und schon pingelig, Aber hier war nichts auszusetzen. Hatten tollen Urlaub. Danke dafür
