The property is magnificient and do not feel crowded at all. Wverything is beautoful and feel 5 stars...and i am an exigent client. The gym the spa and even the pool area are nice. The breakfast is adequate. Not mind blowing but good for those used to 5 stars. Hot chocolate is not good at all though. Staff were all polite smiling and helpful. The location is great, posh and beautiful. But i would not stay there to ezplore the whole island. We stayed 2 night there and 3 nighs in adeje. Was ideal to explore the island. Forget about the terizitas beach. Its ugly and feel like an industrial zone.

This hotel is beautiful! It is beautifully decorated. The staff is amazing and super helpful. The hotel is in the center of everything, right next to restaurants and stores and within walking distance of museums and parks. The rooftop bar with a pool is a wonderful bonus. Overall a wonderful place to stay. I highly recommend it.

Everything was excellent my only very slight downside was wifi was a little hit and miss but that in no way detracted from the quality of our visit and stay. Would happily stay here again.

City centre and close to many cafes, restaurants and plazas. Easy check-in, exceptionally helpful staff. Room was huge and well furnished. I was here on business for 2 nights and would recommend.

Lovely hotel near the centre and across from a lovely park that has two great cafe/bar. Hotel was spotlessly clean and rooftop pool area a great bonus .
