Bella Casa Condominium is ideally suited for 2 couples or Adult friends & family traveling together. Hundreds of 5 Star reviews! Highly rated for Cleanliness and Ambience! I have worked with VRBO successfully for many years, and continue to do so only through their website.
This is an 1100 Sq. Ft. "No Smoking" Condo with 2 King bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 2 dedicated off-street parking spaces , and 2 outdoor private patios. A fully equipped cooks kitchen with gas stove & oven, microwave, dishwasher, full size fridge, iron and board, full size front loading washer & dryer as well as cleaning supplies.
Both King bedrooms and the Living room have flat screen televisions with Excellent high speed WiFi. Less than one mile walking distance to the Plaza, Canyon Road, Art Markets, Grocery Stores and Restaurants!
Bella Casa is located on a quiet tree lined residential street in South Capitol, which is one of the oldest and most charming neighborhoods in Santa Fe! High ceilings with exposed Vigas, a light infused kitchen/living area with views to both front and back outdoor patios, a Kiva fireplace indoors and a Chiminea for those cooler evenings on the Patio.
The Highest speed internet available is included, of course. Seasoned wood is provided for both the indoor Kiva fireplace and outdoor Chiminea.
Bella Casa is in the Old Trails Condominium Complex which was built in 1983 on the site of a former estate & is located less than a mile from the center of the Santa Fe Plaza, the Railyard, and Canyon Road. These locations form a Circle on the map for fabulous walking or driving adventures. We are so close to Downtown that St Francis Cathedral’s bells can be heard outside of the condo!
If you are traveling with a larger group, I have adjacent neighbors who are also Hosts, and coordinating housing is possible when booking in advance.
Enjoy the famous Plaza downtown, Galleries, Artist Studios, Museums, Loretto Chapel, the Opera, Music Festivals, Canyon Road, Santa Fe Children's Museum, Meow Wolf, Farmers Markets, and Art Shows along with Excellent Restaurants, Wineries, Sunsets, Spas, golfing, skiing, fly-fishing, hiking, and cycling. Star Gazing!
Day trips are easily accomplished throughout Northern New Mexico including Taos, Red River, Los Alamos, multiple Indian Reservations, and Casinos.
The Albuquerque Airport is less than an hour away by car with Santa Fe Airport south of town about 20 minutes from the condo but with limited carriers.
Two King bedroom spaces are separated with one up 9 steps and one down 8 steps which proves to be especially nice for guest privacy. Both of the bedrooms have large closet spaces with plenty of hangers and luggage racks for your convenience.
No matter what brings you to New Mexico, I believe you will truly enjoy your time at Bella Casa! This will be a place to call home while you are away.

Santa Fe Getaway
We enjoyed our stay in Santa Fe, appreciating the condo's convenient location. There was easy access to local restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, etc. The condo was beautifully decorated in a New Mexico style, with two patios offering ample outdoor space. My favorite part was curling up with a book in front of the burning kiva fireplace! Parking was hassle-free with two designated spots. The host, Diane, was responsive throughout the booking process and for any questions. We will definitely consider returning for future visits when we wish to stay closer to town.

A Real Santa Fe Gem!
Our stay at Bella Casa (9/28 - 10/3/24) exceeded all of our expectations. It is a beautiful property located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to many points of interest (Canyon Road, The Plaza, Rail Yard, assorted restaurants). There’s also a very nice market, Kaune’s, about a ten minute walk: kind of like a mini Whole Foods. The casita itself feels like your own Santa Fe home; nicely furnished, decorated and extremely clean (Thanks, Angela!). It also has every appliance, pot/pan and cooking gadget imaginable. I highly recommend, and would absolutely stay here again. Thanks, Diane!

“First” visit to Bella Casa
This was our “First Visit” to Bella Casa and we hope to have many more. Everything about our visit/stay was lovely. Diane and Angela have created a meticulous and restful space for their guests in Santa Fe. Bella Casa is spotless and I mean spotless. Diane’s phenomenal communication from booking to departing made travel to Bella Casa a breeze. The layout of the space allows for privacy and comfort for 2 couples. The attention to detail …comfortable bedding, kitchen with everything you could possibly need for your stay, fantastic patios and the enchanting southwestern decor provide the perfect space for your visit to Santa Fe. Every bit of this glowing review is 100% the truth! No embellishing and no ….I’m not a friend or family of Diane’s or Angela’s ; ). One of the best properties you will find in Santa Fe
This property is everything that was described and more. Wonderful property manager, two very separate sleeping areas with adjacent bathrooms that offer privacy for two couples, one mile from the top of Canyon Road or the middle of town (and remember Santa Fe is flat and very walkable, two outdoor sitting areas with a grill and chiminea, two parking spots but wait there is more...an abundance of hangars in the closets, well stocked kitchen, very comfy beds with really great pillows, full access to Netflix, you tube tv etc,, new washer and dryer, picture windows to see the beautiful NM sky, great internet, and a host who is ready to help with everything you will need for a great vacation. Thanks Diane, hope to make it back again soon.

Very good first VRBO experience! The casa is tastefully decorated with lovely Santa Fe art and furniture, has a great layout and is just the right size. Cozy and homey atmosphere, every detail thought out. Two charming private patios and reserved parking were much appreciated perks. A Great Home Away from Home
We loved this home! What a comfortable, well appointed house for travelers. There are 2 primary suites with attached baths. Also a generous living and kitchen area. The location was close enough to downtown that we were able to enjoy walking everywhere. We so enjoyed sitting outside on the patio with our coffee in the mornings and in front of the chiminea in the evening. This is a beautiful and welcoming environment. It truly enhanced our visit to Santa Fe.

The property was very nice and exactly as represented. The decor is charming. The home is well stocked. We found everything we needed. It is very clean and homey and within walking distance of many downtown attractions and dining establishments. A Wonderful Return Visit

What a treat!
We stayed at Diane’s place while on a reunion trip- 3 ladies who hadn’t seen each other in 8 years. To say that the place was perfect is an understatement. From the most comfortable beds to the little details like emergency supplies tucked away in the bathroom cabinets to the location. It was outstanding. Wow! The best VRBO we’ve ever stayed at
The whole experience was amazing and a real lesson in attention to detail and hospitality. Diane was a first rate host - incredibly responsive, thoughtful in her suggestions and the house was filled with conveniences. The location couldn’t have been better - virtually every place ( except the mountains and real of town stuff) we put in to our maps was around 6 minutes. We have young kids so we’d come back to the house to rest during the day and it was the perfect place for a break - we all found our own little reading spots. The mattresses and blankets were so comfortable and speaking as someone who likes it cold, the house was really cool even when it was 91 as a high! It was also perfectly clean - so bravo to Angela for keeping the house so spotless! I can’t wait to come back during a different season! Thank you so much for the amazing visit, Diane!

Bella Casa was so well decorated in the Southwestern style with lots of art and crafts. The owner had it well equipped with anything you might need. We ate on the patios which was a pleasant experience. The condo was located very close to a lot of things to do. The owner was readily available to answer questions. I highly recommend Bella Casa.

Charming Southwestern Retreat in Santa Fe
We had the most delightful stay at this lovely townhouse in Santa Fe! From the moment we booked, it was clear that our host went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Firstly, it was evident that great care was taken to maintain a pristine environment for guests. The Southwestern decor added an authentic touch to our experience, making us feel truly immersed in the culture of Santa Fe. One of the highlights of our stay was the two outdoor spaces provided. The proximity to downtown was another major plus. We were just a short distance away from all the attractions, yet nestled in a cute neighborhood that offered a sense of tranquility away from the hustle and bustle. The strong WiFi signal was a pleasant surprise, especially for those of us who need to stay connected even while on vacation. It allowed us to easily plan our outings and watch Netflix. Lastly, the check-in and check-out process couldn't have been smoother. Our host provided clear instructions, making it a breeze to settle in and depart without any hassle. Overall, we can't recommend this townhouse enough for anyone visiting Santa Fe.

Great Place to Stay in Santa Fe!
There are so many reasons to stay at this property. It is charming, clean, comfortable and well appointed. It literally has anything one could want with a very well-equipped kitchen. The outdoor patio is lovely. The wi-fi is good. There is also off street parking for your stay. We used Uber one evening and it was easy. The host, Diane, is an excellent communicator. She is always accessible for questions. Check-in was simple. Instructions on how to use everything is very clear. The location is quiet and safe while still being very close to Downtown Santa Fe. Overall, this is one of the better places I have stayed. I shall return!

Wonderful Stay in Santa Fe
My friends and I booked the property for a girls weekend, and it was perfect for us! It was cozy and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The beds and bedding were wonderful, and the outdoor spaces were very inviting. The host Diane was very responsive and easy to reach, and she responded quickly to all of my questions. Also, the location is terrific, very close/within walking distance of the plaza. My friends and I loved it and would definitely stay there again!
