Nice Southwestern vibe, staff friendly and generally helpful. Food in restaurant and lounge was excellent. Appreciated the free yoga class on weekends. Safe in our room didn't work due to low batteries. After a fairly long wait, maintenance person came to fix it but it still didn't work. We enjoyed the hot tub on the first day of our stay but it was out of order the last 3 days of our stay. Noticeable smoke smell in our room due to dining room fireplace.

The hospitality room in the Hacienda offered happy hour and hors d'oeuvres and continental breakfast. Kevin, Vincente, and Luis, our butlers for 5 days were superb. They serve all our needs beyond the call.

Beautiful property. Our room had a lovely balcony we could sit outside and enjoy the cooler temperatures. Coffee available on our floor at 7am. We took a short 2 minute walk to a lovely dinner. Breakfast in the building was wonderful with some local choices. I have recommended this place to my travel agent friends!

What an excellent stay! Everything is close and the hotel also offers a very convenient free shuttle to all points of interest. The hotel room was rustic but immaculate, the bed linens were top notch! The restaurant food was excellent, and the bar and wait staff were so friendly and provided great sevice. I took advantage of the spa, although it had high end pricing, the sevice and atmosphere was well worth it. 10 stars!!

I am part Native American, one of the reasons I choose this hotel.On arrival the front desk staff was very condescending. The USB ports in the desk lamp do not work; got a "huff" when I asked it to be replaced. Got another "huff" when I asked they not change towels or makeup the bed! The room was shabby, the frig did not fit in the cabinet, there was no safe, the luggage stand did not fit in the closet, the faucet was screwed up...One plus, when checking out the front desk person was very helpful and polite (Jamaican?)
