The apartment is located in the Son Baulo district of Can Picafort, only 200 metres from the sandy beach. There are plenty of opportunities for shopping, activities and restaurant visits.
The apartment is on the first floor. There is a bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed in the living room and is optimally prepared with 48 sqm. There is a bathroom with shower, an open kitchen and a cosy living-dining room with a comfortable sofa, a dining table, TV, music system and WiFi. The apartment is equipped with modern furniture.
Outside there is a nice sitting area for socializing. In the residential complex there is a 4x8m pool for all residents of the apartments.
IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
