Beautiful detached house in Ibiza style (all in white), each room with plenty of natural light through large floor-to-ceiling glass doors, which lead directly to the outdoor area and the pool.

Close to the beach of Playa de Muro, on the outskirts of Can Picafort, in a quiet residential area, no through traffic, parking on the street right outside the front door.

House rules: NO party ! NO events ! NO excessive alcohol ! The neighbourhood must be respected in the residential area, from 11 pm night's rest and room volume. Music during the day at the pool maximum background music, so that the neighbours are not disturbed.
No youth groups or adolescent adults, there are better places and houses to celebrate and party.

Very popular: Quiet, clean, responsible groups, families, sports enthusiasts, cycling, hiking, water sports.

Can Picafort:

In the surrounding area/in the village you will find everything you need for a great holiday. Coves, nature, long beaches, town centre, hiking trails, restaurants, shops, supermarket, doctor, pharmacy, beach, water sports, harbour, town centre, pedestrian zone, beach promenade, all within walking distance.
The best local supermarket in town, MERCADONA, is only 100 metres away, so you can buy fresh groceries every day. (LIDL and ALDI also in the village) In the high season the supermarkets are also open on Sundays.

The distance to the beach is approx. 600 metres. The village centre with restaurants, bars, shops, pharmacy etc. is only about 500-700 m away.

Well furnished, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, small kitchen: fridge, oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, etc., living room: WiFi, flat screen TV (German), sofa, floor-to-ceiling windows, table, chairs. Air conditioning everywhere, so each of the 4 rooms and the living area can be controlled separately.

Garden with sun loungers, large table, chairs, barbecue, private pool 24 m2, 1 to 1.5 metres deep, several terraces, gas barbecue, sun protection, indoor and outdoor dining area with table and chairs for 8 people. The green area is artificial grass.

House rules:
The landlord on site only speaks German and English, NO Spanish ! (El anfitrión sólo habla alemán e inglés, ¡NO español!) Only quiet, clean, respectful guests. Non-smoking house, cigarettes and ashes must be disposed of outside the house, not in the kitchen or bathroom rubbish bin! There is no possibility for extra beds, but maximum 1 baby bed ! We want clean, quiet guests who are looking for a relaxing holiday, not party guests. Only the booked number of guests can stay in the house, it is not possible to receive visitors or to let other people stay there without prior agreement! The landlord will intervene if these house rules are violated.

EVERY pool is dangerous for babies, toddlers and non-swimmers without supervision, as there is no "fence" around it! Parents are responsible for children / non-swimmers themselves! No liability by the landlord.

Beautiful villa

Recently stayed here (2 adults and 2 kids under 9yo) we was pleasantly surprised & impressed with this lovely villa and owner Markus. Communication, check in and all other elements was a breeze and Markus lives nearby should u ever need. Location was lovely and peaceful, good amenities on your doorstep, such as 2 lovely supermarkets and a fantastic cafe serving amazing coffee, breakfast and lunch... both within 2mins walk. Note locationwise you are set back from beach front and main area but the property is worth the walk. Worthwhile detail for thise interested... Swimming pool is 1m at shallow end and 1.5m in the deep end, property features 4 large bedrooms...3 downstairs and 1 upstairs, upstairs bedroom also has a terrace with sun loungers. All bedrooms have either ensuites or their own bathrooms and all are air-con, of the 4 bathrooms 2 have walk-in showers and 2 have bath/shower combo. Kitchen is small but more than adequate and if you need more fridge space etc there is a utility room which isnt listed in description which includes a 2nd fridge, washing machine, air fryer and more. Property was very clean, nicely furnished and well looked after, and appreciated that there was beach parasols, pool toys, cleaning products, towels, handwash in abundance on our arrival.
