Fantastic property!
WONDERFUL property. It’s about 20 min outside of Puerto Escondido so it’s sooooo tranquil and quiet. From dawn to dusk it was just serene. The bartenders were great, the restaurant was great. 10/10 my husband and I loved it! Keep up the good work Yuma!

We had such an amazing time at Casa Yuma. The property is gorgeous and beautifully designed. It is facing the ocean. The staff is very attentive and so is the manager. The food is delicious. We would love to return.

Brand new hotel (started operations May 2024) the Staff is extremely helpful in all positions, BUT the restaurant service is very limited - great quality and display- but VERY VERY SLOW even for Mexican Beach Standards. The kitchen can take 30 minutes to deliver basics, even when there are just a couple of tables utilized. It can easy be the BEST HOTEL in Puerto Escondido if Manuel and his team focus on the Kitchen and offer a slightly greater variety of food, and improve their Kitchen operation, very easy tweaks and adjustments can make a significant difference in the experience.

Pésimo servicio
Tienen un pésimo servicio, la atención, poco personal y el personal sin capacitación, toallas de baño sucias, no hay toallas en la alberca, el personal contesta de manera poco servicial, me cobraron de más a la salida no se ha podido resolver porque no tienen sistema Ayer pedimos transporte para regresar al hotel y nunca llegaron, hoy 7am me escribieron para preguntar a qué hora desocupábamos el cuarto cuando el check out es a las 12, pedimos si nos podían dar late check out y nos ofrecieron podernos bañar en una habitación (nos dieron la misma que les urgía la desocupáramos) Irreal las personas que tienen trabajando ahí que no tienen ni idea de cómo tratar a un huésped para un hotel del nivel que lo venden Espero me resuelvan pronto el cargo de más y por supuesto jamás regresaría

El servicio lento a pesar de haber poca gente, falta de atención. Mezcladores de bebidas faltantes, vinos malos. Todo tiene que ser pagado con tarjeta, creo que les falta capacitación a meseros. Sofia de Recepcion bien y una chica llamada Andrea con mucha actitud de servicio.

Es un hotel excelente en cuanto a servicio y locación, está muy bonito y nuevo, la Playa está increíble. El único inconveniente es que está un poco retirado de puerto escondido y los taxis cobran carísimo, por lo que lo ideal sería rentar vehículo o en su caso no salir del hotel, que es totalmente viable, ya que ahí cuentan con restaurante y bar.
