Vickys holiday home is a beautiful ldetached villa, in a quiet area of Gran Alacant, it is a larger than average corner plot 147.00m2 living space, including solariums, terrace and balconies 500m2, with a private swimming pool, ample patio area surrounding pool. There are three double bedrooms, with (Total Beds 5 beds, two 135 cm double beds and 3 105 cm single beds), all with fitted wardrobes, and one with private en-suite. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. Lounge/Dining Area with Satellite TV Fully fitted kitchen with all appliances. Large patio providing ample areas for sunbathing, leisure & outside dining. There is an outside terrace off the master bedroom, ideal for your morning coffee and paper. On the large terrace, underneath the pergola, there is a dining area. There is a front garden although not fully mature, is great for chilling. If you require children services including babysitting, cots, high chairs etc. please contact me by email. (Please note: we source a cleaning company locally, hence the reason for a cleaning payment of 90.00 euros in the resort. If you are only 2 people staying one night I would be happy to reduce this to 65 euros –(includes linen and towels)

Puerto Marino is a quite urbanisation located in the heart of GA, close to restaurants bars, banks, beaches and supermarkets. The local bus service runs a continuous looped service around the town and beach, the bus stop is located a few minutes from the villa. The main bus service links the town to most of the neighbouring locations i.e. Alicante, Santa Pola alternatively, car hire is available, 3 minutes’ drive to long sandy beaches, unspoilt nature reserves. Less than 10-minute drive to Alicante airport and a 15-minute drive to the vibrant city of Alicante with its marina, shops, markets stalls and nightlife! During a 5 night stay, you could play 5 excellent golf courses without driving more than half an hour. The villa is ideal for families and those seeking a relaxing holiday. Only 3 minutes’ drive to long sandy beaches and unspoilt nature reserves. Less than 10-minute drive to Alicante airport and a 15-minute drive to the vibrant city of Alicante with its marina, castle, great shops, markets stalls and nightlife. If you don t want to drive there are supermarkets, bars and restaurants within walking distance. There is also a frequent bus & tram service to take you around the local area, with frequent bus services to Alicante City, Santa Pola and Torrevieja. In the summer there are lots of Water sports facilities and parasailing & Paragliding too. In July and August, there is a water sports summer camp for children. There are five more cities within easy reach by car: Alicante and Benidorm (with theme parks of Terra Mítica, Mundomar) to the north, Elche ( with its large palm forest) to the north west, Murcia to the west and Cartegena with its historic Roman architecture to the south.
