Beachwood Villas is a popular condo complex in the heart of Seagrove Beach. Easily walk out of this 2nd-floor condo and cross the street to the beach access. Seagrove Beach is home to a wonderful assortment of restaurants, shops, and other local businesses, all just a short stroll or bike ride away.

Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

Parking:
Parking for 2 vehicles in an open parking lot. No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls permitted.

Great location! If you want easy access to beach, restaurants etc, this is a great location. Condo and complex is a little dated but is comfortable. We spent most of our time at the beach or out and about so it worked well for us

The property was clean and comfortable. Great location with close proximity to the beach. I do wish we could have checked in sooner, as we saw the cleaning company leave two hours before check in time. Overall, we would stay there again.

Wonderful Visit
My husband, 7 year old son, and I had a wonderful stay in this charming condo. It was immaculate with all the necessary amenities - and lots of extras. The communication and check experience was smooth. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to visit Sea Grove.
