We are locals and lived in this home for more than 10 years! We just moved about a mile away and decided to keep this home as a rental and share it with the world as of March 2024. We have another home we rent as well on 30A (VRBO 2872601) that shows more of our track record with reviews. This is a special home in a great location literally 1-2 minute walk to deeded beach access with Bathrooms across from Stinky's Restaurant. The home is located on Hilltop Drive just one block off of 30A. The home has an awesome beachy, cottage vibe, with 4 full bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms plus a bonus room, garage, full kitchen and washer/dryer. THE YARD is probably my favorite spot along with the ROOFTOP DECK. We have a large backyard with heated pool, putting green area, playground, fire pit and plenty of green grass. We have a baby barrier pool fence we can put up if you have small children and the back yard is fully fenced if you happen to bring dogs (We allow with approval and pet fee.. Please clean up after your pet!!).
Inside you'll find 4 full bedrooms. 3 bedrooms on the first floor and a huge master bedroom on the 2nd floor. The master bedroom and two of the downstairs bedrooms have King Beds. One bedroom downstairs has 2 queen beds. The bonus room has a twin over twin trundle bed. The house can sleep 12 or 13 people in beds since we have one extra twin mattress that just floats around the house to wherever someone might need an extra bed. That is usually stored in the master bedroom closet but typically ends up in the bonus room where the twin/trundle is located so there are really 3 twin beds in the house. There is one full bathroom downstairs and one full bathroom upstairs.. (I wish we had more bathrooms but 10 years of living there, it's never been a problem!). It has a tankless Hot Water Heater so there is always instant hot water no matter what.
We do have a garage as well but it's not a huge garage. We will likely have some beach stuff in there and some extra space but probably won't park any full size vehicles. If you get a golf cart you can't get a very TALL one or it won't fit the clearance. There is electric in the garage so you can charge the cart. We have always had GAS powered golf carts personally so we don't have to worry about charging and I would recommend Gas to anyone that wants to take a longer ride to Seaside (8 miles) or beyond so you never have to worry about the battery.
The beach is very close just a block away and the access has parking and restrooms as well as a ramp all the way down along with stairs. Stinky's Restaurant is right there too so it's easy to run across the street to grab to go lunch if you need something while at the beach. They also do breakfast and coffee at the Stinky's bait shack which is an easy morning stroll.
Everyone has loved the house in 2024 so please have peace of mind knowing we are only a mile away for any needs and know the house very well after living there for so long. COME SEE US IN 2025!! - Josh & Lauren
