Redfish Village M2-227  is a gorgeous condo with two bedrooms and two and a half baths accommodating up to eight. Beautifully furnished and fully appointed, stunning details make this delightful sanctuary a standout. Wood flooring, high ceilings, and luxurious, high-end finishes enhance the design, and local art scattered throughout elevates the space. Living and dining areas merge to create an open area with plenty of room for everyone. You’ll find everything in the kitchen to prepare delicious meals and a beautiful dining table to gather around and enjoy them. The living space is brimming with light and filled with cozy furnishings and a huge flat-screen TV, ideal for movie night. A covered patio, accessible from the living room or master suite, is the perfect spot for morning coffee. When the day is done, retire to the master suite featuring a king-sized bed and full bathroom or the guest suite with a queen-sized bed. Built-in twin-over-twin bunk beds nestled in the hall and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room provide additional cozy sleeping arrangements, and a stacked washer/dryer is nearby for added convenience.

Redfish Village features a private beach access point easily accessible via a short stroll or ride in the open-air shuttle runs offered daily. Spend lazy days at the community pool or bike the nearby Timpoochee Trail. Be sure to stop along the way at  Johnny McTighe’s for some traditional pub fare or Redfish Taco for fresh tacos and margaritas for the perfect ending to the perfect day!

Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund. No trailer parking available June 1- September 1

It was a nice play to stay. The condo had everything we wanted. Only complaints I have is took me awhile to figure the TV out because I never used ROKU. Second is rhe condo needs to be updated.

Great location for beach, restaurants, and ice cream. The pool on the property is great with plenty of lounge chairs. Red Fish Taco is 10/10 for food and friendly service. The condo itself was spacious for 4 and had everything listed in the description.

We will stay again.
This location is just perfect, not too far from the beach, restaurants are close by as well. The ease of opening doors, getting codes, etc was unexpected, but totally appreciated. The swimming pool and hot tub are great extras. The one thing of note is it would be nice if there were curtains to block out the sun in the front bedroom. We had kids and it would have been delightful to block out the sun in the early morning and nap times.

Great central location
Great location, nice pool on property. Only downside was what they call access to private beach. This access was 20 yards from the very busy public beach and the beach is already lined with rows chairs that have to be rented. Our first day we couldn’t see the ocean from our spot. We know the area pretty well so we walked to a less known public entrance and we were able to set up in a spot that was less crowded. The Redfish itself was fine. Our condo had some things that needed to fixed due to age (doors, carpet, vents) but it met our needs.

Great location & condo unit!
We love to be minutes from the beach which is just a short walk & close to all the things but not directly in the center of crowds & busy areas. This place had it all! We also really liked the pool! This condo is minutes in the car to Grayton Beach/Watercolor/Seaside (LOVE), & just 25 minutes drive to Rosemary Beach/Ally’s beach area which is a MUST SEE !! All of scenic route 30A has the most amazing beaches and vibe! We loved the restaurants/places to grab treats/food at right near Redfish Village. In addition- Redfish Village itself had great stuff right on property! Lots of conveniences! This spot is perfect for families, and groups traveling together that would like their own en suite bathrooms. The bedroom spaces were very nice & felt like home. Washer and dryer in the unit was perfect & furnishings in main area were good too. The bunkbeds worked out so well for my kids they absolutely loved it! They are 12 and 10 years old- but honestly it could fit myself I’m 5’2 they were so cozy! The unit was super clean. I recommend & we plan to be back!
