Completely renovated villa with private pool, solarium and barbecue

Recently renovated house (on the second line of the sea), located just 5 minutes walk from the Marina of Cala d'Or, where you can find numerous restaurants.
The house is located in a quiet residential area of Cala Egos. Only 50 meters away you can enjoy one of the many white and fine sand beaches in the area, called Calo de's Pou.
The Chalet is distributed on two floors:
On the upper floor there is the kitchen with pantry, the living room, a toilet and a double bedroom with bathroom en suite. On this floor there is also a barbecue and two terraces overlooking the pool and the sea.
On the lower floor there are three large bedrooms with single beds, two bathrooms en suite and a full bathroom. On this floor there is a large porch where there is a ping-pong table, large sun terraces, private pool and private garden.

The house is located 60 kilometers from the Mallorca airport, approximately one hour by car.

Ten days of bliss
Clearly attention to detail when it comes down to cleanliness and paintwork. My husband was especially appreciative that the ironwork round the balcony was washed! We had a day of heavy rain and the very next day the pool was emptied of debris and the area was swept. Location was super as restaurants, cafes and bars were within easy reach, less than 10 mins. Coffee bar overlooking the sea was literally at the end of the road. I was worried that Cala D'or was too far to walk but after using the road train once we got the gist and walking was about 20 minutes up/down the hill. Unfortunately the plastic pollution in the sea was as bad as a well known review site review had pointed out but the pool was large and clean and our preference anyway. Although a road outside the villa you'd never know. A very quiet neighbourhood. Pere was on hand so quickly if there was any query or we needed something without him being intrusive. A really enjoyable stay. Thank you very much for having us all.

Amazing location
House was better than expected, pool area gorgeous and plenty of space in bedrooms, and living areas. View of ocean. 3mins walk to beach and 10mins to Marina with all the restaurants. Quiet street not touristy, lovely houses surrounding. Shops an easy walk with a supermarket with everything you need.

We totally loved our stay with 3 kids and our nanny! Just a walking distance to a small beach with a bar and to the marina. Absolutely quiet and exclusive. Thanks Pere for being a great host allowing very late check out. You will be missed!

Wonderful home in Cala d’Or
Our extended family had a wonderful stay at your home in CalaDOr. We enjoyed the pool and the beach…and the views! The area was quiet and yet you can walk to restaurants, the marina and the beach. We took several trips to other areas of Mallorca from our home base.

The Villa is in an excellent location. We had a car but absolutely no need. Less than 100 yds to a lovely beach with bar and restaurant. The villa and pool were excellent. Pool shaded too much in October but assured its fine in summer. Will be back

Fabulous Spacious Villa in Excellent Location !
Recently had the pleasure of spending 8 nights in this lovely property ! A group of 6 family members ranging from our 2 yr old grandson to our Mothers in their 80's. The villa was spacious enough to allow everybody their own space, 3 of the bedrooms on the ground floor were ideally situated with patio doors leading out onto the poolside, first floor 4th bedroom, lounge, kitchen and outside terraces all overlooked the poolside below and sea beyond. We were welcomed by Pere the owner, who made our stay very comfortable and stress free, and was on hand to help with any queries and to book airport transfers. The location is perfect, being just a short stroll from the beach and 10 mins walk to the Marina of Cala dOr. Needless to say everybody enjoyed a very relaxing holiday, chilling by the gorgeous pool. Would highly recommend - we'll definitely book this villa again !

Ladies 70th Birthday Crlebrations
What a fabulous experience this villa holiday was for our group of 6 old school friends celebrating our special year. The villa was large with 4 big bedrooms and 4 bathrooms which was ideal for an all girls trip. The pool and outdoor areas were spacious and we loved our time around the pool on the days we didn’t go to the beach which is just a 2 minute walk away along with shops a restaurants a further 2 minutes away. Pere as a host was wonderful, always at hand but not overbearing in any way. On arrival Pere drove us to the larger supermarket to get all our larger heavier items which was unexpected but very much appreciated. We loved our time at Peres villa so much we are already planning for a trip next year.

Fantastic holiday had by all. Pere was a fantastic host he offered to take us shopping and order pizza for the children as we arrived late and he told us we’re everything was in the local area and was contactable at all times by phone. The Villa is situated in a quite road with so much to do within walking distance, beautiful beach, restaurants and shops. Our favourite local eatery was Mr Food very friendly, tasty food and reasonable prices. Yates bar was also great for the sport and drinks. Eroski supermarket is also well recommended as good variety of products and good prices

Absolutely amazing family holiday!
The villa is perfectly located next to the Beach, Marina, Bars and Restaurants! The villa is very well designed with the kitchen upstairs where you can cook and enjoy lunch/dinner on the balcony, underneath the pretty trees with the sea in the distance. The resort has such a lovely, family feel to it which made it feel safe, perfect for the teens to go and wonder off on their own. The outside area is very big so you can spread out, sun bath, enjoy swimming in the large pool and play table tennis! We had some lovely meals out. Ca n Trompe in Cala’dor and Beatriz in Cala Egos were our favourites. Finally the host Pere is just amazing which really is the cherry on the cake! He was so helpful organising the transfers, meeting us on arrival, taking us to the supermarket and recommending restaurants and giving us general advice. Thanks so much Pere for being such a great host!

Fantastic holiday with friends
The property provided us with everything we could possibly need and even a shopping trolley to bring back the bottles of water, wine, beer and groceries! It was very clean, spacious and provided plenty of space for us all. The pool was also spotless and cleaned most mornings. Pere, our host and his brother were really helpful and Pere even offered to take us shopping when we arrived. He picked us up at very short notice when we called him to try and organise a taxi for us because there weren't any outside the supermarket. The Villa is only a 10 minute walk from lots of bars and restaurants and only a 15 minute walk into Cala d'Or itself so was absolutely perfect for us in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Excellent stay, thank you Pere for being so accommodating and helpful.. Would definitely recommend!

Villa experience
The villa was great and the property manager Pere was fantastic. The villa had all of what we needed as a family and the large pool was lovely. We will definitely rent the villa again as a family. It’s close to a beautiful cove in walking distance and lots of bars are close but not too close. Pere made sure all of our needs were met and he had some complementary food essentials when we arrived. Excellent property.

Fabulous holiday - great villa, perfect location, wonderful host!
We have recently returned from our holiday at the villa which was better than we could have hoped for. After lockdown we were a little dubious about taking this holiday, which had been booked well in advance of Covid, however it was the most fantastic break enjoyed by the whole family (9 of us ranging from 7 - 72). The villa is perfect, on a quiet road, and is clean and spacious with everything you need. The pool is fantastic, a great size and immaculate. As a family we spent most of our days in and around the pool with the children (and adults) enjoying the inflatables that were provided. The beach is a short (2 minutes) walk away. We were sad to see that there was so much plastic and rubbish washed up on the shore but it is a beautiful cove and there was ample space to find a spot to park ourselves for the day. The local restaurants and shops (5 minute walk away) were great, although it would appear some have closed due to Covid so it felt a little quiet some days. We found all of the locals and staff to be very welcoming and friendly and didn’t have one bad meal when we ate out there. The marina is a must see, only 10 minute walk away with fabulous boats and some lovely restaurants. I would recommend making dinner reservations in advance, as most were fully booked when we tried to get a table. Cala d’Or itself is about a half hour walk or there was a bus/train that you could get from the marina. We had a few really good meals out there, where it seemed much busier, a great place to people watch! Pere, our host, was wonderful and couldn’t have done more to help us. He booked the taxis to and from the airport and was on hand with anything we needed. He even offered to drive us to a fish market one day! He left a surprise welcome pack of goodies which was much appreciated and he returned halfway through the week to clean the villa and change the towels. A fabulous holiday - thank you Pere, we can’t wait to come back next year!

The perfect holiday in the perfect villa - without doubt my favorite accomodation yet.
WOW! I cannot praise this villa enough. The villa was spacious, well equipped, super clean, and beautifully furnished. The pool was an impressive size, with crystal clear water. We found ourselves situated in a place that was walking distance to the beach (at the end of the road), a large supermarket, a local town, the main town of Cala D'or, and the stunning marina. It was so nice to mix up where we went in the evenings. I can not leave a review without mentioning our host Pere. He could not do enough for us. He was only a text message away if we needed any advice. When I asked for a recommendation on where to buy the best fish in the area for a BBQ, he explained it was a bit out of town, and subsequently arrived in his car and drove me to the fishmongers himself. My family and I have every intention to return to this villa, as we will be hard pushed to find anything nearly as nice.

Amazing villa and location
Absolutely perfect villa with outstanding pool and pool area, combined with excellent location - just 2 minutes walk from perfect sandy beach and 10 minutes walk from small supermarket and the amazing Marina D’or with restaurants and bars.
