This is a fantastic hotel. The best of Santiago. Even though it is a ways off the tourist center, it’s still just a 20 minute walk to the Cathedral. But, if you are doing business at the University of Santiago campus, the location is perfect. It’s also just across the Galician National Auditorium. The environs are peaceful, bucolic, gorgeous, and conducive to resting. The rooms are fantastic: spacious, clean, modern, and with excellent beds. The hotel offers an excellent dining experience, with chef-created meals. This is a totally recommendable place to stay.

This was a nice hotel, but calling it 5 stars is a stretch. While they may technically be 5 stars, it feels more like a nice Holiday Inn with a better breakfast buffet. It is a business hotel, cold outdoor pool, but the indoor one is heated (too warm during our stay). I think there are better options in the 3 star range in this city.

Stayed here for 3 nights after walking the Camino. Lovely hotel with very comfortable beds however it is quite a walk uphill into town but I didn’t mind too much. Loved the pool although the tiles got very hot in the sun and slppery when wet

It was a useful place to stay that was quiet after the bustle of Central Santiago de Compostela. The room was spacious and well decorated. We had issues trying to order room service but that was resolved by going down to reception. The restaurant menu in the dining room at night is extremely limited.

Great stay in Santiago
We stayed three nights at the hotel and couldn’t be happier. Big rooms, very helpful staff and amazing water pressure in the shower which was my favourite:-). Also we were able to find the free parking at the hotel grounds. Overall great experience!

Our stay was disappointing in that the hotel did not present as a luxury hotel. For the price it did not meet our expectations. The indoor pool area was overwhelmingly hot, and not possible to even hang out in. The outdoor pool was closed, which we were not informed of. We were not able to even access the loungers to relax outdoors in the hot weather. There was nowhere available at the hotel to lounge outside. The breakfast buffet had lots of attractive pastries, but that’s it. For €33 per person everything else was pitifully lacking. The few hot food items offered were congealed and swimming in grease. They did offer to cook eggs for you, but that’s not sufficient to make up for the lack of quality food. It is a complete waste of money, especially given how reasonably priced and of high quality other restaurants in Santiago are., The hotel is also not close enough to the main Santiago de Compostela area. Would not recommend this hotel.

The property is rather dated. One of my bedroom windows was missing the lock to have it opened and closed. The A/C was rather old. The room, however was quite spacious as well as the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I was surprised that there was no safety box in the room. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk to the old town of Santiago de Compostela.

the stuff was the ray of light of our stay, there is a big dissonance between the rating of the hotel to the maintenance status of it, the hotel needs rehabilitation on the out side appearance, in our room some floor panels were broken and i even got a small cut in my feet, the bath is a challenge for elder and short height people and can be hazarder, and there were other small things that does not become an hotel at this level.
