I liked the proximity to the river. The Sound of the river was very relaxing. I wish there were screen doors to keep bugs out.

Stayed overnight and the place was wonderful, was beyond my expectations. The best part was the tranquil stream that flows on property and landscaping. The room was view was amazing but a little dated. Complaints was the lack of English spoken by the staff but would definitely stay there again for more days

This is my second time here. The river behind the hotel is the best feature of the complex. Reception can be more welcoming and friendlier. The drinks need to be less watered down and the Jacuzzi had way too much chlorine!! My husband and I still have the smell on our skin and our eyes burn. Construction was going on thruout the day, but We are happy since we know that the hotel needed upgrades. Cant wait for the completion of the place and we will return!!! The grounds are well kept and we had one of the best massages at the Spa listening to the river, only downside was the foul smell that whiffed in every so often Other than that, we still enjoyed our stay and the Restaurant staff were The Best!!

We were there for a week - no hot water, very unreliable WIFI. Amazing location and amenities. The room we stayed in needed renovations.

You give Jarabacoa a bad name…
The room had mosquitos and during the night you could hear the rats running and scratching. The worse part was that the ac unit wasn’t working and someone came up and said there are no more rooms to accommodate me, he then offered a room next door that the couple had just finished having sex and said you can used the other bed…sick. Will never ever stay there again or recommend that hotel.

The property, the room, the dining area was very clean and well kept. We loved how quiet it is and enjoyed the peacefulness that being there brought us. The pool was great too.

This is the country side and it’s next to one of the most beautiful rivers that you can swim on it. It’s very relaxing and the staff is amazing. The rooms are in need of refresh specially the bathroom. And the fact that I had to take a cold shower was the part that was very bad for me
