Very nice hotel
It’s a very nice hotel but a shady neighbourhood It would be risky to go out in the dark All the business have metal garage door to protect doors and window I did 7 cities in Chile and Santiago is the only place I felt unsafe at night But the hotel is very nice and great staff and good restaurant and great service

Excellent hotel! Pool and spa were wonderful! I got a massage while I was there and it was one of the best massages I’ve had. Hotel is very close to tour buses to go around Santiago. Great food within walking distance. Loved this hotel and I’d stay here again!

Great place to stay when visiting Santiago, Chile
Great location with walking distance to many tourist attractions. It has a bistro downstairs as well as a restaurant. Happy hour everyday in the outside patio. The restaurant food is fantastic and reasonably priced. Free breakfast. We love the cocktails. We would go back again.

Clean property, walkable to major tourist sites. Excellent breakfast and hotel arranged for taxi transfer to the airport. There was also a shower and changing room available at the lower level for use prior to departure and they stored our luggage after checking out. Be careful as usual for walking outside the hotel premises.
