Everything that could go wrong, did. They canceled our reservation even though I confirmed it the day before arrival. Given a smaller room than originally booked. Given a fake confirmation number not knowing Expedia already notified me of the original cancellation and I had the original and rebooked confirmation number. No attempt to try and correct or accommodate. Armando would not even get a manager to help. Had to request sheets 3 times for the pullout couch. Given 2 towels for 4 people. Had to request toilet paper (that alone speaks for itself). The provided toiletry bottles bolted to the wall were empty.

This is the best hotel in Santo Domingo hands down everything was perfect not to mention the room and the view ,the rooms are way spacious more than even the pictures ,me and my family really enjoyed ourselves would highly recommend
