I booked a reservation in advance missed my flight and immediately called and messaged the property with the contact given on the Expedia app with no reply. I arrived the next day and they told me they didn't have rooms even though I paid and reserved the room for a week. They sent me to another hotel where there was roaches, a rotting hole in the ceiling and prostitutes doing business in the lobby. When I finally went back to the original hotel the room we had ac kept freezing and spitting out ice on us. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

For the price everything was fine but the rooms are super tiny not like the pictures represent and only 2 towels in room no garbage can no windows it felt like a fancy prison cell

The property manager was not only unprofessional she was very disrespectful. There was no water in the building for a long period of time when addressing the issue with her she said it wasn’t even that long but the concern was you did nothing to accommodate the inconvenience nor understand the frustration on our part. There is limited eating options in the area. You’ll have trouble sleeping due to the amount of noise surrounding hotel. When asked for recommendations no hotel employee was able to help they just simply said walk down there you might find something. While waiting for transportation they couldn’t even turn on the lights in patio for the driver to see us. The rooms are small the beds where uncomfortable and there’s only one dirty dresser available for items. We originally had a two bedroom room and upon arrival were split up due to over booking on their part when that was addressed she stated that we were lucky we weren’t left out in the street cause that happens all the time. Contacting Expedia was even less help as a travel app they should do better research on who they vouch for in the future they were also no help. In my opinion this “hotel” is where locals go to realtions and be gone after they’re done. Finally the amount of the lodge shouldn’t affect the level of professionalism they court their business with.
