the food is awful! we did not eat anything except for the morning coffee and donuts. The outside noise is inside the room disappointing experience

Horrible!!! We checked in our room at 3pm and went to eat something. Food was horrible, cold , stale. When I went back to my room at 6pm to get ready for an event I had to attend they didn’t put towels in my room. I went to the lobby to complain cause of course the phone in the room didn’t work. And 1 hour later my towels were brought. Next day room cleaners came to clean at 6pm again with no towels. The staff I had no problems with they tried to be as nice as possible but overall the hotel was horrible. Oh forgot to mention the leak in my room.

Even when you say you get what you pay for it, this property is in a place by itself, bad bad bad bad bad bad ,,, do not go here and pay what they charge is horrible,, is so outdated is ridiculous, service sucks and they charge as a regular, nice hotel ,, do yourself a favor rent elsewhere

Estuve en familia por una noche y realmente la pasamos muy bien. Desde el servicio en la entrada, los camareros, seguridad y personal de limpieza todos muy amables y serviciales. Aun así, considero pueden mejorar algunas cosas como el show en la noche y el suministro de productos para la higiene (shampoo, jabón de baño...).

The room had no working phone so any problems we had to walk to lobby. I reported 3 times left today still not fixed. Rooms needs repairs bathroom water clogging my second stayed here and still no improvements done! Front desk needs staffing as just to chk out took 39 minutes- this will not allow guest to make flights on time. Marie Persaud

The bedroom and the bathroom are awful, not very clean, the mattress and the bedsheets horrible. The towels terrible, broken and dirty. I couldn’t sleep well never :(

Except for its proximity to the airport, this resort is not worth staying at for the following reasons: Very few staff members speak even basic English. The room we stayed in needs updating. The bathtub was filthy. The food appeared unsafe due to the presence of flies. The shoreline was littered with plastic waste. The streets near the resort were dirty and full of garbage and human waste.
