This is a 60 sq m house built in the traditional Santorinian way, on the top of an old winery Although connected to the winery's court via step stone stairs, this house has an independent entrance from the pedestrian road.
In former times, this house was utilized for accommodation of the captain and owner of the winery during the vine harvest season.
This house, is gifted with panoramic views over the Aegean Sea and the vineyards of Finikia from the terrace-balcony of 30 sq. m.
The houses entrance is from the terrace-veranda. House is composed by the main domed chamber (with a build double sofa-bed and an indoors dinning corner), domed bedroom (with one double build bed), one sizable bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.
The “house of the seven ships” is ideal for 2-4 persons (one double bed in the bedroom and another double bed in the main hall)
This house is situated in the 'FINIKIA traditional settlement' which is a protected neighborhood of Oia. No cars are allowed inside Finikias narrow streets, and the village is peaceful and relaxing. Distance of the house from the bus stop on the main road is 150 meters (walking), from the taverns of Finikia 80 meters, and from the center of Oia 500-800 meters. Nearest sandy beach (Baxedes) is 1500 m downhill, therefore it is advised to go there by bus or rented vehicle.
