Everything was good here. The location, the service and especially the view. Just wow Vicky our host was a great help. She booked us transports, car and cruise. She had great suggestions at a fair price. Totally recommend this place.

The view is very nice as it is on the clifside. However, it's down at the end of the clifside area so it's a bit more quite and less trafficked by pedestrians. The room was lovely, clean, and spacious. The pool overlooking the volcano was crisp and refreshing even with the heat of the sun. They must have a chiller installed. The pool is only for certain rooms I think so check your room booking includes access to it. Make sure to arrange transportation to and from your entry point as finding the hotel can be troublesome.

Great location. Best view in town. Very clean. Friendly helpful stuff. Definitely a two star hotel. No full size mirror in the rooms. Very hard mattress. Not tissues. The only trash can is in the bathroom.

Although listed as family apartment, there is not enough space for a family with children. Comfortable for two people, not more than that. Bathroom is dirty, water all over the floor. Very limited space in the bathroom counter, no doors for the shower and limited space on kind of kitchen shelf. The only garbage can is a tiny one gallon can. I will not stay there again and do not recommend to anyone else. Vicki who gave us the key was friendly and helpful. Responded quickly.

The location of the property is truly amazing. The sweeping views of Thira and the Caldera are as advertised. The apartment was quiet, and the beds and seating area near the window were comfortable. There is a small refrigerator to store water and food, but there is technically no kitchen. We had a nice stay and the host is readily available, and she stopped by many times to make sure things were going well.

Good thing about the property is they contacted me and told me they don't have reception desk, so I need to call them when I arrive, I didn't know it at all. The property is middle of upward hill with very nice view. Need to walk ~20 meters upward after taxi, be prepared for it. This is not a hotel since no reception, not a B&B since not serving breakfast, not a apartment since no kitchen.

Great location .. with few cons
It was a great location - east to drive to the location and take luggage. Great view and walking distance to city center and town. But the apartment is dark not much lighting inside. Bathroom is very dark and there was a wall cut from some renovation. The lady who was managing the apartment was nice and responsive. During our stay one night the owner walked into our apartment without knocking the door - which was very weird.
