The reception staff was excellent. There was a problem with the reservation but they calmly worked through it until it was solved. I rnjoyed my stay. Perfect.

Property is a nice budget option. Comfortable bed and hot shower, with good WiFi. Located is a few clocks from the metro Mackenzie stop and Rebublica station. Use good judgement at night but the area is reasonably safe for walking during the day and for foreigners, I would recommend Uber at night.

O hotel entega o que promete no anúncio. Os funcionários são excelentes. Porém, a região do entorno é cheia de bares e restaurantes com musica alta, o que atrapalhou o meu descanso e das minhas duas crianças pequenas.

Great value for what you pay. You get a clean comfortable room with kitchenette, nice bathroom/shower. Not sure how good the walls are as it seems I never had immediate neighbor. Finishing is on the cheap side but new and clean. The NOISE though on Fri n Satsis just unbearable till 1am for the front rooms, so plan accordingly. Not really a smartApe, as though I filled out admission forms in advance with uploaded doc/selfie, still had to go through a length and tedious checkin process having to answer all these questions present docs again so why bother with the pre-checkin?! Dumb, definitely not smart.

I had some problems with check in but in the end everything went well. Communication with staff is a bit limited and I got the feeling they were lost with the bookings. Overall, the experience was good.

Fomos informados que o hotel havia maleiro gratuito, mas ao chegarmos ao local nos informaram que seria cobrado. Uma das malas não cabia no maleiro cobrado, e falaram que não tinha o que fazer. Após muita insistência, o hotel se disponibilizou a guardar nossas malas, já que haviam nos informado anteriormente sobre o maneiro disponível. Nosso quarto tinha o chão sujo, o teto do banheiro tinha muita infiltração e vazamento nos rejuntes. Os funcionários não possuíam experiência, conhecimento e comunicação entre si, pareciam que tinham começado a trabalhar naquele dia. Ao solicitar um pedido no ifood, informaram ao entregador que não tinha ninguém naquele quarto, embora eu tenha avisado a recepção que chegaria um pedido meu.

Instalações do apê Studios são razoáveis, com sério problema nas fechaduras eletrônicas. Só consegui abrir os apartamentos remotamente, pois a senha não funcionou. Banheiro sem ducha higiênica e com box vazando água por todo o banheiro, ensopando o pano de chão. Não forneceram lençol cobre leito, reclamei na segunda noite, veio um cobertor, frigobar oferecido vazio, sem sequer uma garrafinha de água mineral e a pegadinha do estacionamento é demais: você paga 20,00 por 12 horas, mas se sair dentro deste intervalo de 12 horas e retornar ainda dentro das 12 horas, vc paga novamente. Na placa de entrada está explícito, 20,00 por 12 horas, mas vc paga a cada saída os 20,00... pegadinha mesmo. Fui a uma padaria abastecer o frigobar logo após chegar e tive que pagar Reclamei com o responsável que disse ser ordem do dono. Rua movimentada com bares, o quê impede, se vc estiver em andar baixo, relaxar e ir dormir cedo. Enfim.... primeira e última vez. Saí até antes do previsto na reserva e sequer me perguntaram o porque da mudança de planos e muito menos sugeriram a devolução do crédito da diária ou mesmo o crédito da diária para uma próxima vez. Estabelecimento desonesto, preço injusto! Péssimo custo benefício.

Foi boa, com algumas poucas coisas negativas como, tinha uma luz na cabeceira da cama que estava quase queimada, e ficava piscando, bucha pra lavar louça em pessimo estado e quando chegamos o cheiro do quarto não estava muito agradável, mas o restante foi ótimo.

Minha estadia foi perfeita. Ficamos no quarto básico e mesmo assim atendeu perfeitamente. A questão do barulho tem mesmo, mais depois que eu dormi, nada me acordou mais. Roupa de cama perfeita. Achei que faltou um rodo e um pano para pisar no banheiro, levando em consideração que não tem box porque é para cadeirantes.

A estadia é confortável, mas carecem de pequenos utensílios úteis. Como um pequeno tapete no banheiro (que por sinal apresentava um vazamento no box do chuveiro para a área do sanitário) e panos de prato (já que a acomodação possui uma pia). O quarto também tinha um cheiro levemente agridoce.

Acomodação muito agradável
Já fiquei hospedado no hotel em uma outra data, é um local agradável, fica localizado num bairro movimentado e com muitos comércios próximos. O único ponto (novamente), é a conexão com a internet muito, mas muito LENTA. Tentei assistir alguns filmes pela tv, mas sem sucesso. É uma pena, pois seria algo fácil de resolver e acaba virando um ponto negativo.

A localização é ok. O quarto era até espaçoso, mas a cama um mico. Cama de solteiro muito estreita. A pia do banheiro além de ser apertada, estava completamente entupida, quase impossível de usar. Chuveiro com pouca água. Vaso sem ducha higiênica. Paredes finas, ouve-se muito dos vizinhos e um sem noção estava com caixa de som alta Pontos positivos: Ar condicionado bom, forte. A propriedade tem cama e edredons bons. Ha uma conveniência embaixo, que ajuda a evitar de sair. Oferecem material de higiene. Contudo, a região é muito barulhenta e não há o copos, nem talhares, que geralmente se oferecem em estúdio. A comunicação é apenas por WhatsApp. Também não há onde apoiar as coisas.

Hotel ótimo só tenho algumas recomendações: 1- a iluminação do quarto, poderia ser melhor, a parte onde fica as malas não tem luz, fiquei no quarto família que é bem grande. 2- a televisão bem antiga, não era tv a cabo ruim para pegar os canais, funcionário teve que vir sintonizar. 3- em relação ao entorno é complicado pq o hotel fica em frente a bares, o furdunço vai a noite toda e dá para ouvir do quarto, mas depois que eu dormir não me encomodou tanto. Do mais é tudo maravilhoso os funcionários super atenciosos, roupa de cama maravilhosa, cama super confortável. São coisas bobas que pontuei! Voltarei com certeza!!!
