Had terrible stay at this hotel. My room was on the 1st floor. Given that the hotel is on a busy street, the noise from the street impacted on my sleep. The rooms at the lower floors should be soundproofed for one to have peaceful stay.

Rooms are large but they refuse to add extra bed which is major inconvenience when traveling with kids — we had to get separate room for the kids, while we didn’t really want to leave them on their own in a separate room. Hotel should really consider changing their policy. Also the house keeping didn’t do good job cleaning the room and plumbing in bath was odd — flush was weird and hard to operate, plus sink was unusually small. Staff was very friendly and helpful though.

It’s tough to find a hotel that is “central” to things but I was happy with this location. Close to some restaurants and bars. Room was great. Felt safe and taken care of. However, we could hear every single thing from our room on the 10th floor.
