The top bunks in the shared rooms are very high and difficult to maneuver. There was also confusion about bed assignment which the front desk refused to handle.

Me encantó el lugar. Me quedé en una habitación compartida por primera vez en mi vida.. al principio estaba asustado por cuestiones de seguridad… pero la experiencia fue totalmente diferente a lo que esperaba. Gente linda, muy amigable, el staff fue muy agradable!

No TV's in the rooms which id fine buut given that EVERYONE has a macbook these days, why would the projector in my room not include the adaptor? Very frustrating having to actually buy one (which I did not do) in order to use the projector that was "included" in my daily rate. It honestly makes no sense. Also, I actually had to dry myself with one of my clothes after taking a shower because there were NO TOWELS IN MY ROOM. Honestly with this daily rate and the service that I got I would not stay there again AT ALL.

Very cool hotel! Nice design etc. Although, could use better maintenance (roof lamp didn't work, very squeaking bed, shower tap fell out of when showering, smelly bathroom).

Decepcção! Os funcionarios são "duros", nao tem flexibilidade de nada. O check in foi um desastre, o quarto privativo com banheiro é pior ainda, pequeno, cama barulhenta, banheiro ruim! Selina não me pega nunca mais!
