Hostel type property
This property is in a residential neighborhood near the CGH airport. There's no check in but they give you a code and leave the key in the room. This is basically a hostel with a private bath. Internet service was sketchy, the room was very small, the bed was uncomfortable. No heat or AC but the shower was decent because it has an insta-hot shower head. The room was clean and cleaned daily. I felt fairly safe and the other guests were relatively quiet. There is airport noise starting at about 6 AM. Bottom line - you can stay at the Ibis or similar budget properties a few blocks away for only a little more money.

Péssima a cama ficava caindo, pois o colchão era maior que a base da cama, as paredes muito sujas, no banheiro quando liguei o chuveiro saiu um monte de bichinho do ralo. O pior que já me instalei. Não indico.

Péssima experiência, o hotel está cheio de baratas. Inicialmente me deram um quarto na qual a roupa de cama estava visivelmente suja e bagunçada. Realmente não indico a ninguém.

O quarto não tinha água para o sanitário e a pia. A limpeza também deixou a desejar em alguns detalhes, especialmente no banheiro. Vale reforçar a limpeza desse espaço. Demorei quase uma hora entre a entrada no hotel (self-check-in) até o acesso ao quarto (que é feito com chave física).
