It was as described: close to sapporro station and shopping mall. Convenience shops at corner great for kids. Nice lobby and the complimentary hot drinks the kids enjoyed coming to after a cold day. Good value for money

Perfect hotel for Sapporo. Near the main train station and also Odori Park and Sapporo Tower. We loved the free coffee station and fireplace feature in the lobby area. The only improvement would be if they could add some hooks in the room to hang wet bath towels. We will definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and hygiene standards. Upon checking into my first room, I noticed that the floor hadn’t been mopped, the bedding hadn’t been changed, and there were used cotton swabs on the floor. I immediately reported the issue to the front desk and was moved to another room. While the new room had clean bedding, I still found hair on the provided sleepwear, which was unacceptable. These repeated lapses in basic cleanliness made my stay very uncomfortable. Although the staff attempted to address my concerns by changing my room, the overall experience showed a lack of attention to hygiene. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their housekeeping standards.

Staff are very courteous, friendly, helpful and efficient. Location was ideal for foot traffic and convenient transportation. Would highly recommend this facility and repeat return in possible future trips!

Very quiet and comfortable. My room was recently renovated and looked very modern. The only issue I had is no blackout curtains on the window. Breakfast isn't included but if you do buy it, it's excellent.
