Daily Housekeeping: Your dedicated caretaker, plays an essential role in ensuring you and your family have a relaxing and worry-free stay at Casa Timlin. Her schedule can be adjusted based on guest requests, but she arrives every day starting at 9:00am (excluding Sundays and Holidays). Apart from preparing delicious local breakfasts, lunches, and snacks (upon guest request / with food provisions),
Reyna dedicates her time to caring for every room in the house, ensuring the beds, linens, and the home are consistently kept fresh, allowing you to sit back, relax, and enjoy everything this amazing country has to offer!

With a minimum of 24 hours' notice (and a small fee), many guests opt to dine on the outdoor patio, overlooking the Pacific Ocean, and enlist Reyna's services to prepare a delightful local meal.

Sunsets are mesmerizing year round but we found March 15th to September 15th to have the most awe-inspiring sunsets over the ocean right from the comfort of your ocean-view hammock or Hot Tub.

Prime Beach Proximity: Nestled just 800 meters from Coco Beach, Casa Timlin places you within easy reach of some of the premier shorelines in the country. If you choose to walk to or from Coco Beach, you'll pass several of the area's best dining establishments (Mar Azul, Pacifico Beach Club, Cafe de Playa).
