Overall good !
Always use this hotel when we go to Takarazuka Theatre ... The ambience is very clean however the room was small... Service was good, breakfast was nice. Peaceful and quite place to spend ur holiday...

Very nice Hotel overall.
Very nice Hotel overall, services and room condition. I stayed in an old building which was elegant. I stayed in non smoking room but when I turned on the heat smoking smell air came in, I complained to front desk then they brought in an electric heater immediately that I could turned heating off. Well trained attendants in this hotel.

Old world charm and elegance
We stayed here while visiting family nearby. The hotel is in a great location if you're in town to see the Takarazuka Revue or the Tezuka Osamu Museum. We were told that there are plans in place for a major update in time for the Tokyo Olympics, but for now, the hotel features an old-world elegance, with gracious staff and clean, comfortable rooms.

good hotel
Good hotel in a quiet part of Osaka, near the Takarazuka Revue Theatre. Staff very friendly and helpful. Might be a bit far out though if you are only wanting to be Osaka City.

大劇場の公演自粛でキャンセルでもあったか、予約時には選択できなかった部屋をわずかな差額で用意してもらえました。いろいろと気遣いしていただけて快適で満足な体験となりました。

新旧きっと老舗のプライドを
3月末にクローズの施設で、念願かなって宿泊できました。 いろいろほころびているのはしょうがないですね。 基本のクオリティは、値段より良いと感じたので、新宝塚ホテルに期待大です! オープンから少し落ち着いたら、ぜひ体験したいです。

現在の建物が今月いっぱいで取り壊しになるという事で宿泊したが、コロナの影響で寂しい感じになってしまった。連泊したが一日の朝食場所は大勢のスタッフがいて、２日目の朝食場所はスタッフ一人だった。どちらも客人数が同じ位だったので違和感があった

アメニティも充実していて部屋もキレイでした。ツインルームに、追加のベッドを入れてもらい、夫婦と子供(11歳)で宿泊しましたが狭くもなく快適に過ごせました。

落ち着いたお部屋で静かでよかったです。移転前の記念に泊まりました。宝塚歌劇専門チャンネルでいろいろな番組を見られて楽しかったです。廊下なども趣があり、レトロな雰囲気で素敵でした。中庭の噴水とかきれいでした。

建物も内装も昔のヨーロッパ調でとても雰囲気が良くてよかったです。 今月末で閉鎖と聞いて急いで記念に宿泊に行きましたが良い思い出になりました。

良いホテル。
