The entire staff was absolutely wonderful, from housekeeping to the front desk. The Front Desk manager, Nikole went out of her way on multiple occasions to accommodate my friend and I. We had such a great experience, we even booked a few nights extra and Nikole was happy to work with us. Thanks for a wonderful visit.

The lodge was quiet spread in and huge . It has all the amenities and specifically restaurant food was great . Rooms were good , gives you a feel of cottage and beds were comfy.

This stay was below average with inflated price. I realize this area is pricey; however, for $600 a night to not have AC (a stand up fan provided however the outside temp was only 6 degrees in am and our room was sweltering), not enough towels and no answer to 3 calls for more, early pool closure time and even earlier for families, no fan in bathroom (again very poor air circulation in building), can’t even open door in bathroom all the way, very small rooms, and dirty carpet. Will definitely not stay again for this price. Breakfast buffet was good. Next time will stay in Canmore and drive up to Lake Louise for the day.

We really enjoyed our stay at the lake Louise Inn. The rooms were clean and the hotel was very well located for us. There were several restaurants to choose from which also helped. The people were incredibly friendly and helpful. The only negative I would say is that the room did not have any Drawers or other places to put your clothing and the space was pretty limited to leave your suitcase wide open the whole time.

Amazing location. The room we booked vs the room we were given didn’t look like the pictures. Our room was more outdated and on the interior of building 1 with a view of the indoor pool. Overall, it was an amazing stay.

Brautiful property. View of moraine mountains 5 mile hike to lake louise. Close to shuttle pick up. Pizza place upstairs was the best dining in town. Tons of amenities, bike rentals, shuttles, putt putt.

Total exploitation

The condition of the Inn is terrible. I can understand the no air conditioning / elevator restrictions due to national park policy, however there is no excuse for horrible old carpets, dilapidated buildings and rooms, old curtains and dirty fitness rooms. They’re exploiting extremely few options to stay in Lake Louise and charging exorbitant rates for third class rooms.

Pleasant inn with onsite restaurants

Pleasant Inn with dining options on site. Enjoyed the live music and s’mores in their gazebo as it was a Friday evening - all complimentary. There were a lot of stairs to climb to get to our room with suitcases.

The room was great. A lot of the planted trees on the property block the views if you have a balcony but the room was clean and quiet. No pool table on the property which was really disappointing for us since they advertise that as an available activity for the property. The staff was amazing and the food at Legends on the property was great!

This property was a great base camp for the many outdoor activities around Lake Louise. We also enjoyed the live music and smores in the gazebo. This property also had a very nice gym and included free mountain bike rentals to explore the area. My only complaint would be that the parking lot wasn't very big and seemed to fill up during the day.

What a fantastic way to spend our anniversary. Great location....centered between Lake Louise, Banff and the Columbia Ice Fields. Quiet resort with friendly staff members and good amenities in the room. We booked the two bedroom suite, which provided plenty of space for the two of us. Full size fridge/freezer, stovetop counter top convection oven and all cookware/dinner ware made us feel at home.
