Unfortunately the beds are rock hard, the walls way too thin that lead to some very interesting noises from our neighbors but the noisy fan could not drown it out. Saving grace was the breakfast is good and the staff were very friendly. I do not think I would stay there again .

Checkin was quick and the front desk staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were way too soft. The bathroom was clean and the shower had good pressure but they could spend a bit more on the toilet paper.

I liked all that they offered. The management may want to know that the air conditioning and the refrigerator seemed to be a little nosier than expected. Certainly some is expected but they both seemed labored at times. all in all we enjoyed our stay very much.

Our family had 5 rooms booked in total as we were coming for a wedding, driving 3 hours to get there. Wedding was at 4 so had to be there for 3:30, checkin was at 3. We requested early checkin and were told several times we would have to call that day, finally I spoke with the manager and she ok’d us to have 2 rooms early for 1:00, we agreed. We got there and our daughter got her room but we were told our room was occupied by a gold member so had late check out and we could not get in as it had not been cleaned yet. I told Reef I would come back down to clear things up with him as we had dogs with us as well and were never made aware there was a fee until we got there that day. In the meantime we went up to our daughters room for 6 of us to get ready for the wedding and I happen to ask the cleaning staff if they had any idea when our adjoining room would be cleaned and they told us it had already been cleaned. I was livid with the front desk clerk as he flat out lied about the room just having been vacated. I honestly don’t understand why you couldn’t go above and beyond to help families out that have traveled a distance to get to their destination for a wedding and not to mention that I had my 84 and 82 year old parents along with me that are not in good health! Instead going out of their way to make our day as difficult as they could! Remember “A little kindness goes a long way!” I will not be booking with them and would not refer any family or friends to book either!

Room 222 - exhaust fan in the bathroom was not functional. Also could not open window to let in fresh air. Thankfully the A/C was working so we could keep the air decent through the night. Pool was underwhelming, needs a hot tub. Fitness center looked spacious. Breakfast was good.
