This brand new 750 sqft 1 Bed Basement Suite comes fully furnished ,beautifull with clean and modern layout, separate and private entrance, street parking. Located in the stunning quiet and safe Rosewood Meadows area of Saskatoon surrounded by parks and retail centers.
The suites is loaded with stylish finishing packages that include New York Style cabinetry,, trendy vinyl plank floors and lots of storage spaces. Mi Casa!
The space
Room 1: This is the master bedroom. It has a Queen sized confortable bed, designer sheets and pillows and a cozy ready table with mood lights.

Living Room: This is literally my best space in the Emirate suite. Come see for yourself. Enjoy the ambience, 55" Smart TV with luxury of Options -Netflix,Prime Video and HD Cable TV for your relaxation and entertainment.

Kitchen: stylish layout with a semi Island Comes completely stocked with cooking needs, including a huge selection of pots, pans, serving dishes, platters, cookie trays and more. Plenty of cooking knives for the chef’s . Enough Forks/Spoons/Knives/Plates . Also includes plenty of paper towels, sponges, wipes, and various other kitchen utensils and appliances -dishwasher coffeemaker.etc.

Sparkling and clean Bath room.
Laundry room with Washer and Dryer in the suites.
