The room that we were put in was in the 2nd floor and we can hear people outside our door even at 2 am in the morning. There’s ice machine in the very 2nd floor but on the night we stayed in the ice machine on the 2nd floor was trashed by other guest. No one clean it overnight. The tv in our room is not functioning well. There is not enough plugs in our room even though it was a suite room. The best thing about this hotel is the staffs. The front desk are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are huge and the beds are comfortable . Parking is huge but there’s an event when we went there so it quiet but tricky to find a parking spot.

Decided I wanted a bath, there was no plug, was going to try using a facecloth for a plug but after seeing how dirty the tub was I just had a shower, also I was beside the elevators so it was quite noisy

Over hotel was nice, staff was slow but I think we checked in at a bad time as there was a line. Asked for towels from room service twice with nothing given. Hotel room had a stain on one of the furniture and there was a rip in the bed sheets. Not the best stay but not the worst either. Would stay again cause it was cheap.

It was the first full day I had taken off in a month. I had been thinking to take a day trip but decided to turn it into an overnight stay with my grandkids. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was wowed. The courtyard was absolutely amazing, the staff were proficient, the pool was nice, the room was cozy and the buffet Sunday morning was an absolute delight. I will definitely return.

Very good hotel.
One night stay. Hotel is in good shape considering age. Room great except for some caulking that needs attention in shower. Restaurant very good. Handy snack store at front desk. Reasonable price.

We have stayed here before and have always had a good experience. This time, however, when we arrived to check in it was about 4:30. There was a huge lineup at the check in with only 2 staff at computers. We did not get to the front of the line until after 5:30. Our personal check-in was quick, so I’m not sure what the problem was - maybe an announcement should have been made telling people to have their ID etc ready? Maybe more staff is necessary if there are going to be that many check-ins? We came down an hour later and the line was still out the door.
