Great place to stay for those cruising out of Warnemunde. Nice family atmosphere, with very helpful and courteous staff. Also - best breakfast buffet I have ever seen, hands down. 🙂

Unsure if I want to stay there again
The check in was bad. My reservation could not be found. Check in time was 16:00 we had to wait till 17:00 to get to our room. The food we ordered through room service I had to pick up myself. Management apologized for the inconvenience but it still leaves a bitter aftertaste. Other than that a fancy place to stay. Big expensive black cars and people with deep wallets.

Nice staff in reception - had to pay for parking at hotel which we didn’t expect in a hotel of that standard- in one room towel was dirty & dirty marks on curtains - as we were checking out the cleaning staff were coming into the room before we had even left - they were quite rude!! Hotel tried to charge us again for bill which had already been paid - overall not 5* standard!

Very conveniently located close to cruise ship terminal, just a short ferry ride across port. Ferry provides great access to town for activities. Hotel grounds are very spacious and very peaceful.

Wonderful Warnemünde
This is a lovely hotel in an excellent location with beautiful views. It’s a short ferry ride from Warnemünde which is a picturesque seaside town

Lovely seaside escape
The hotel was very comfortable. The bed and linens were superb. We took the little ferry over to Warnemünde daily and the train up Rostock as well. It all worked out well. After a busy two weeks of touring it was lovely to charge our batteries at this beautiful seaside venue

Perfect Getaway!
This hotel has zero issues. Every single detail is done and taken care of very well. One need to get good rooms too. Not the cheap ones. There are rooms at certain level that breakfast is included. Additionally, the Spa is amazing.

Watch your possessions.
The place was very nice however, the cleaning person either took my watch or threw it out. That person was the only one who had entered my room. They wanted me to fill out a police report but I didn't have time, I had to leave. I filled out an insurance form and have never heard from them.

Lovely hotel and spa
Stayed here a couple of nights while attending a conference. Although it was January and not a great time for hanging out on th beach, I enjoyed the views. The hotel and spa are beautiful, first class all the way.
