The Staff was great. The building itself needs major repair and renovation. The walls in the elevator had cracks and holes. Plus just needed cleaning. The room was just OK. It could have used a major cleaning as well.

Short pre Christmas getaway. Stayed here when brand new but now shows wear. Elevators in bad shape, cabinetry in room chipped or dated, thin pillows, tv that was dated and didn’t work properly, carpets worn and stained, stains on a wall, tub had no anti slip strips and was so slippery, grab bar hanging off tiles in tub, given half a roll of toilet paper for 3 days 2 night stay - even when they cleaned had to ask for more. They either fixed or replaced tv. Doubtful that we would stay again unless renovated.

This was the worst experience that my family and I have ever encountered with a Hilton brand hotel! We checked in and was given a room with A/C issues so we instantly went back to the front desk to get another room. We were assigned a new room and thought that everything was good. However, in the middle of the night, a stranger had been given the room key to our room from the front desk and was coming into our room…which was UNACCEPTABLE and had me and my family highly pissed off and unable to sleep the rest of the night! This was the WORST stay that we have ever encountered and we will not be returning to this hotel!

Seedy Motel not hotel!!
It was horrible but I complained when I checked in and no one cared. The room was dated and filthy. It stank the furniture was dirty carpet was stained and had a stench. The shower was backing up and there was something splattered on the wall that looked like fecal matter. I will NEVER stay here again. It tainted what my expectations have always been for a Double tree. I have never had anything but a great experience in the past but this site was horrid. Guess I should’ve read the reviews. They were spot on. $300 down the drain for what I’d dub a seedy motel

Fantastic solution to an almost ruined trip
While on a trip our previous rental was not clean or in a nice area so we found this rental on the Klarna app as a last minute solution. It was easy to book on the Klarna app and when we arrived at the hotel a few minutes after booking, everything was in order and check in was swift and easy. The clerk was great and knowledgeable
