According to our rules we need to have the information about our guests prior to arrival, i.e. every guests names and their ID details. We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an antifraud measure.

Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given ARE NOT allowed into the building. The refund won't be provided.

- Pets are allowed in the house. If you plan to stay with pets, please confirm with us prior to booking. Pet fee is $10 per night per pet.

***Deposit***
All guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $1000.
If at any case smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded.

***Garbage***
Guests are responsible for removal all their garbage from premises upon check-out and disposing of it at appropriate waste facility. Any garbage left on the property will result in $15 CAD charge per bag.

✅All guests are required to pay a $1000 security/damage deposit prior to check-in. The deposit is refunded within 7 days after check-out unless damage, smoking or excessive noise occurs during your stay, in which case damage deposit will not be refunded.
✅Check-in is after 4PM, check-out is before 12PM.
Late check-out may be possible but we must be notified well in advance. Your request will be reviewed and accommodated if possible.
✅Pets are allowed in the apartment. If you plan to stay with pets, please, confirm the opportunity prior to booking. Pets fee $10 per night for 1 pet
✅ Please provide us with a photo of valid your ID:
international passport, driver’s license, permanent resident card and a photo of yourself with the ID (a selfie with the ID).
Please note that for our foreign guests we require a passport as an ID.

* NO PARTY POLICY
The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door ONLY and a noise detector (no cameras are inside the unit). The front door will be checked for the number of guests as well as the noise level to avoid any type of parties. We have the right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund if the number of guests will exceed the number specified in the reservation. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance.

** NO SMOKING POLICY
The unit is equipped with a remote smoke detector to detect any sources of smoke and notify us remotely. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and we will discover the smell of any type of smoke, Globalstay has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you:
- 150$ service call
- 200$ cleaning fees
