Nice hotel near River Mary!! Walkable distance to the nearby park and other amenities!! Room was spacious and very clean and the hotel staff was very friendly!

Didn't like this hotel at all. Old, smelly, uncomfortable beds, air conditioner right near the bed was blowing air into us. Cellular newtwork tower just near the hotel. Constant smell of gas at the hotel's foyer. Would never recommened it. We booked it for 2 night, but barely survived only one night, gave up the cost for the second and left. Area is not safe.

The hotel has deteriorated. I've been coming to stay here every year for the past few years. The hot tub is no longer there. The hotel has a strange smell in the lobby and the restaurant has closed down as well. When I was last there one of the elevator buttons to go down was not working either. Having said that the location of the hotel is ideal if staying in Sault Ste Marie as it's right in front of the Station Mall and not too far from the water front.

Friendly staff. Clean hotel and clean room. Comfortable bed, arm chair with ottoman. Close vicinity to mall, dining ( Montana's), and attractions ( Agawa Canyon train ride). The nice hot breakfast was greatly appreciated. What I didn't like as much was the price, but like they say, you get what you pay for.
