When I arrived, my reservation could not be found that I had made a month earlier (and had a receipt for, confirming my payment). We had an overpriced dinner at the restaurant, the salted cod was terrible and they did not attend to us at the table. We discovered the two glasses in our room were dirty, with lip marks on them and specks of dirt. At check out time, they still had not resolved the issue of the reservation and asked for payment for both our dinner and room which was confirmed to have already been paid on the receipt I showed them. The hotel has an odd atmosphere. The main things that are good: large rooms and the breakfast. The people working there tried, but this place clearly has poor management and administration and should not be on Expedia if it is not receiving communication about reservations and payments.
