Exceptional Staff
Great stay for a couple of days. The hotel building is not our normal style but the gardens were beautiful. Spa area was separate to the main gardens but we did not have much time for this, you do need to book ahead. Breakfast buffet was okay with a good selection but some more healthy - low fat options would have been good. The staff did try to find us healthier options but it would have been easier if they were more readily available ie skimmed milk. What made the hotel special was the staff, all were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Whilst all were very good, Laura on the front desk and Omar in the lobby were exceptional. We would recommend the hotel to anyone who likes great service with a smile.

Fabulous Luxury Hotel
My husband and I recently stayed at the Botánico Hotel & The Oriental Spa Garden and had the most amazing experience. We stayed for 5 nights and the staff were absolutely amazing the entire time. When we arrived, the front desk staff were very helpful and Antonio (I believe was his name) showed us to our room. Once in the room, he explained several things about the room which was a great way to familiarize ourselves with the space we would call home for the next few days. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and professional our entire stay. We were able to call and easily get an iron, taxi etc. The attention to detail in the room was superb. We especially enjoyed the pillow menu options and turn down service. The breakfast was outstanding and a lovely way to start the day. We utilized the spa area with a couples massage and played tennis.  I love fresh flowers and the fresh rose in the bathroom was a wonderful touch. We dined at The Oriental and II Pappagallo which were both delicious. The live music each night was a fun treat for a wind down at the end of the evening.  Hotel Botanico is a true Luxury Hotel and I thank the entire staff for making our trip to Tenerife so wonderful.

Great hotel. Great attention to detail. Very accommodating. Not the best for kids due the limited options. But for a couple it will be excellent. I wish the Spa was included. But breakfast every morning was great. The food at the bar was okay. Limited on options in my opinion. We did have issue with some reservations but they were understanding.

Lovely hotel with fantastic staff . A couple of km walk downhill into town. It is a big hill back which was ok for us to walk but you may need a taxi which apparently are cheap. The spa is lovely but might need a little work doing on the spa rooms.

Excellent! I can’t fault Hotel Botanico for anything. Beautiful and well-maintained gardens. The spa is wonderful and included in the price. Live entertainment at night. I can’t ask for anything more. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and book at least one night in Hotel Botanico

Wonderful Hotel
We went as a family of 3. The room was very good, very clean and offer enough space for a toddler to be comfortable. The service is amazing and the restaurant really really good... A bit expensive but definitly worth it. The gardens are really nice too. We really had a wonderful time.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and it's no wonder it's considered one of the best on the island. The attention to detail was stunning, from the spacious rooms with comfy beds and balconies overlooking the pool, gardens, or Mount Teide, to their amazing jellyfish tank and collection of colourful parrots. The breakfast buffet was extensive, and while dinner offered a delicious a la carte menu with generous portions, vegans/vegetarians might find the options a bit limited after a few days. Their spa facilities were wonderful and thanks to their babysitting service we were able to enjoy a couple of hours in the spa. The staff was very helpful and willing to assist with any requests to ensure we had a relaxing stay.

Very beautiful hotel and garden. Excellent service and food. I had pain in soles of the feet but became much better with reflexology at the spa. Without asking I got a free upgrade to an ambassador suite and a bottle of very good red wine.
